The ice cream is always delicious and the food is okay, but the customer service… I’m truly impressed by how some people choose to exercise free will. Needless to say It’s always an interesting experience when we get up to the window.
Drink machine was out of half the drink options, the other options available were very watered down. They had no sweet tea, and after informing two staff members of the quality of taste from their machines they offered me a drink from behind the counter but insisted their drink machine was fine. The drink from behind the counter unfortunately tasted just as bad. It was also noticeably clear staff members were struggling to work together. The food however was very delicious, hot...
While the sign on I70 east bound showed it at the exit, it took driving almost 4miles before I came into the town it was located. Not a super big deal, but would've been nice to have known it would cost me the extra time. Service wasn't bad, they just felt rushed or overwhelmed when it didn't seem all that busy. Otherwise a good DQ.
