Very chaotic experience. Service was extremely slow and did not seem to have their act together. Once the food came after about an hour and a half it was okay.

Set behind another retail establishment, just a short walk down the hallway, you will find Fulton Cafe. This cafe is focused on Cuban recipes.Being a sucker for a Cubano, that is what I ordered and my wife had the BLT. Both were accompanied by their potato salad. Delicious! The key to a great Cubano is the bread. The owner told me how he orders the bread directly from suppliers in Florida. You can tell the difference, very good.I also tried their beans n rice and a side order of fried plantains. This was our first time trying plantains...wow! What a treat; not too sweet.I want to come back and try their large entrees. See you soon Fulton Cafe!

Our whole office comes in here regularly and everyone always finds something they like. They have a lot of great sandwich options, as well as some traditional Cuban dishes/stews that are great as well. Service is exceptional!

Overall this place is a great option to avoid fast food and take a fresher route.

Pros: Food was pretty good everything was hot and fresh tasting! I was pretty satisfied and will probably come back.

Cons: Anything down town is difficult to find parking. Lack of signs, it was kinda hard to find at first. The sandwich I got didn't look like it was advertised. I expected a cold light sandwich, the picture made it look like the salmon was raw (cured salmon) and looked like it had a light white sauce of some kind. It was the opposite, the sandwich was hot the salmon was cooked and shredded, definitely a cheaper salmon. It wasn't bad, just not what I expected, and not worth the price.

I ordered for pickup over the phone, I wanted to order online but there was no cash option so I had to call, wish they would change that.

Pricing is a bit high. 18 basically 19 bucks for a salmon sandwich and maybe half a cup of fries. I didn't even get a drink. I understand I got salmon, but I still think it was pretty pricey and fries weren't a standard side so I had to pay extra for it... The woman taking my order on the phone didn't mention the extra cost, but I knew about it because I tried ordering online first. Charging extra for fries seems pretty rediculous to me.

So yeah in summary I'll probably be back and get a cheaper sandwich. I think they should review their side options and a few other fixes.
