We used to eat here frequently when we lived in Fulton. We moved to Columbia about 6yrs ago and we were in Fulton the other day so we decided to go there. I was shocked at how much the quality of their salsa had went down hill. 2 thumbs down. The portion sizes of the meals have also DRAMATICALLY decreased. The actual quality of the food is passable but they have definitely gone down hill. We will not be going back. Prices were accordingly tho. This used to be the top dog Mexican restaurant of Fulton. Now I'll be surprised if it's around in 5 more years.

I came into this restaurant with high hopes, that were torn apart as soon as I walked in. It smelled like Chinese food (Not a good sign) Then they brought out the chips I tried one and the tasted extremely stale. The salsa also tasted like ketchup. Disgusting. When I ordered my burrito I wasn’t expecting much but I was still expecting something. Turns out it would’ve been better if I expected nothing, because I received nothing. The meat was salty, I can’t put to words the amount of disgusting I felt when it popped in my mouth. The rice had no flavor and was kind of soggy. Almost everything I had was bad except the fries. If you’re into salty meat and soggy rice, stale chips, and the smell of a Chinese restaurant, this place is meant for you. But my party and I were extremely disappointed. If I could I’d rate this place a zero but I can’t. And to THINK I came all the way from Woodstock, La Trinidad is superior.
Thank you 🫰

I went with my daughter and her family after we took the kids trick or treating and enjoyed a great meal! The food was great, and the service was exceptional! I live over 70 miles away from Fulton, but I'm willing to drive that far for great food and service...and I'm not waiting until next Halloween!

Some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Both me and my wife loved it.
Consistently good! Salsa could be better but really no complaints. Have been there a dozen times. Service prompt. Everyone has been friendly.

Food was good. We waited 20 minutes to have our order taken and another 20 to have it delivered to our table. The server was nice and came by 3 times in the 2 hours we were there without us asking for something. It was a lunch rush and they were very busy. I would recommend trying it not during peak hours.

I don’t even live in town but it became my tradition to always grab lunch here when I came up to visit my parents. Have since lost a couple family members and moved mom to live closer to me, but I will still always grab lunch at Jalisco when I’m in the area and visiting the cemetery. Have always had great food and wonderful service. My favorite Mexican restaurant. :)
