Need better employment. My service is never above par! Multiple times I'm treated rudely. Food is always it and miss and if you catch a bad day you need to stay close ?? cause you won't leave for hours! KFC's never done well in Fulton and I see why! Need to replace it with a Culver's or anything but KFC!

Some guy came in and ordered all of the chicken tenders. Fine, that happens. I'm told oh it will only be about 7 minutes on those tenders sir. 20 minutes later I finally get my order and it's not even hot.

looks like everyone is having about the same problem here. went through drive thru and got home, I have no sauce for my tender family meal and no biscuits.
This place is awful. It’s 8:45 and they tell us the kitchen is closed for the night. And then served the car behind us. All over 12 strips.

Both times I've gone after placing an online order, my food was not ready at the time specified. I was not given any consideration for the delays other than a simple apology. I do not feel that going back in the future will happen.

Ordered online was told time it would be ready went to pick it up at that time was told it would be additional 25 mins so we left and came back and was told additional 15 on top of the already 25 then after the already 40 min was told it was gonna be additional 10 min because they have been so busy when there was only 3 cars in the parking lot
