Waited about half an hour for my food. While I waited, who I assume is the manager had their children running around the store (including behind the register touching cups that go to customers) I also got to see at least 2-3 customers come in complaining about their food being wrong in some way. When I got my food I checked it in the car and it was correct I just needed gravy for my mashed potatoes and forgot to ask so I ran back in to get a side of gravy and as I was walking out the door I overheard one of the girls that works in the back asking the manager what was even wrong with my order (although the manager handled it and I was leaving in that moment but it’s sad that she would just assume) when I got home my chicken was undercooked but everything else seemed good

The food is really good. And I really like the Restaurant Diner, it looks really fancy. But the employees are very rude or unhappy. I was trying to get a gift card to work there. Can I only try to a couple of times and then they all order gal helped me out. Which would seem very nice. Unfortunately, she was very snobby about it and was Cussing at me complaining. And walking off. And she seemed to be very rude to the employees. I don't know how they are with service. I've only been there a few times but they don't look very happy and I. Honestly don't blame them at times.

I don't think someone could get a order more wrong if they tried. I ordered 2 three piece big box meals crispy, dark meat with mashed potatoes ,Coleslaw. What i got was 4 pieces of chicken 2 mashed potatoes , 2 biscuits, and no Coleslaw. Sense there are no zero i n the reviews I gave it a 1

Need better employment. My service is never above par! Multiple times I'm treated rudely. Food is always it and miss and if you catch a bad day you need to stay close ?? cause you won't leave for hours! KFC's never done well in Fulton and I see why! Need to replace it with a Culver's or anything but KFC!

Some guy came in and ordered all of the chicken tenders. Fine, that happens. I'm told oh it will only be about 7 minutes on those tenders sir. 20 minutes later I finally get my order and it's not even hot.
Some of the staff is stuck up like it's a hassle to give u a spoon or salt&pepper but food seems to always be decent ..little pricy for a family but everything is anymore so it's fair
