9 times out of 10 food is cold, the inside is so dirty its gross, most (not all) employees are rude. I would rather drive to Kingdom City to their McDonalds then go to this one.

Management is horrible an very rude worst experience iv ever had at fast food I was forgotten for 34 minutes in #2 lane an finally went in for my food to find out it wasent being made Management treatment me horrible all because she had to stop wht she was doing to fix it

Waited entirely to long for meals for 2 (45 minutes). Other people who got here long after us got there food before us too. Update on the food, they got 2 of our sandwiches wrong and didnt give us any sauce. The lady bringing out the food was nice though.

I always get terrible food from this McDonalds and specifically have to go out of my way to go to a different one five out of five times. The food is gross. The inside Cleanliness is even more gross. I highly recommend finding a different McDonald’s to go to.

The staff working drive through on the evening of 8,8,25 are the most rude hateful people I have ever met and have no place in food service or serving the public.

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. The service was so slow I just left the $13 meal I ordered after 20 minutes IN LINE and I didn't even reach the pay window. Unfortunately I had already paid through mobile. The last time I came here I got a Big Mac with an extremely wet bottom bun and a stale top bun, room temp fries, and it took almost the same amount of time to get the food out. If I'm going to wait then the food should at least be edible.

Management needs to either change or be retrained. When things are this bad it's the fault of leadership.

Asked to pull forward to wait for someone to bring my order out. Not a problem until exactly 23 minutes later. I get out and walk in, wait in line, and explain I've been waiting for over twenty minutes. To be handed two bags of food that were sitting on the counter. The young man says it's been sitting here forever in a rude tone, as if I was my fault my food sat on the counter for over twenty minutes, while I sat patiently in my vehicle with two kids as instructed by the young lady working the drive through. At that point I said I would prefer a refund instead of 2 bags of cold food. Even after the manager came to the counter was an apology given let alone the food to be replaced.

Some days you get a ketchup burger or a 5 star McDouble. There’s no in between. Breakfast is consistent. 10 out of 10 recommend ordering in drive thru before food rush, be nice to them, and ask for your receipt then check your order before you leave. You have better odds of them forgetting something than you do playing black jack.

I ordered my food they handed me my cup I went to the soda machine to get ice well no ice so I moved to the next machine it had ice then went to get my drink well the coke was out of flavoring so I went to the counter to let them know it was at least minutes before I got noticed I tell the lady that they was out of ketchup, Coke, and one machine had no ice she came out and got the ketchup dispenser and I ate my meal and they still hadn't got these items attended to. But there was a man working the drive thru he asked how we was doing I ask him if he could get us some ketchup and he did get us some.

My family and I have order through the app more then a couple times for two weeks in a row when I ordered on the app they say they don’t have the order or they haven’t worked on it and try to say a “pending” payment on a card means it didn’t go through even though it was already paid for and I had the receipt from the app my family and I were irate about this.

Thank you for service with a smile to the guy who took my order. Per my usual experience with this location, something was missing from my order so check your order before driving away. I dislike paying for what I do not receive.
