We took a nice 15 mile ride on the Katy Trail for our 5 year anniversary today and stumbled upon these guys while stopped at Cooper's Landing. We got the Cowboy, Banh Mi Smash, and Street Corn Fritters. I gotta say it was one of the if not the best western burger I have ever had, the Banh Mi burger was AMAZING and the street corn fritters were also a total hit! She even threw in some of their homemade pickles for us to try. They were so friendly, the food was so creative and delicious, my only dissatisfaction would be the price (about $15 per sandwich and $10 for 6 fritters), but even still I feel it was worth it. I will definitely be on the look out for them set up in CoMo in the future!
Vegetarian options: Fried green tomato sliders, several kinds of grilled cheeses, caprese sliders, fried pickles and mac and cheese bites, and more

Best Burger - Coast to Coast!
I have been addicted to 5 Guy’s since my first walk through Time Square. Red Robin has been a close second place for a long time.
The only other notable Burger experiences I have had: has been Burger Me in Truckee, CA. They make a bison burger that is to die for. Salt of the Earth Bistro, in Lake Placid, NY. Their bacon jam is unrivaled.
Anyone who knows the local food scene here in Boone & Callaway County will tell you go to Murray’s and Booches for the best burger: in town. I would tell you that Smokin’ Pickle is not worth comparing.
Smokin’ Pickle is a far cry from your classic “cheeseburger”. This is a culinary masterpiece. If you want a flavor that will keep you checking facebook for their next pop-up, try Smokin’ Pickle. You’ll be in for an extra special treat. 10+/10 recommend to everyone I can.

They have great food, a cute set-up, and always try to have a delicious vegetarian option. We placed a group order, and they had it ready to go by the time we arrived. Highly recommend!
