Horrible service. Long wait times. Orders always always always wrong. Drive to Kingdom city taco bell if you can.
Came back years later to give them another shot on my way passing through. They put a dang hair in my burrito. Took them a couple mins to fix it but they had a dang attitude about it. -11/26/25

I waited for 1.5 hours on my mobile order after asking about it 3 times I was asked to leave with a refund. Threatened to trespass me because he is incapable of running his store even with a full staff. It seemed his staff was more capable of running that store than he was I can leave 0 star review so this location gets more then they deserve from this guy.
Sorry tbell, I loved coming here especially at night the food was generally better untill this un showered unkept boy took over this store.

Waited 40 mins in line at drive thru. And watched 2 guys separately come out and count cars backed up in the drive thru in which one had his hand in his pocket and when he pulled it out he had a rubber glove on but proceeded to vape with his rubber glove on to go back in and make food. What good does the rubber gloves do if your going to have your hand in your pocket much less vaping?

Went through the drive through my food and order was correct. The service is where things went wrong. They were rude. And had really poor attitude. Probably would not revisit this location.

I once went through the drive through and asked for a soft taco and instead they shot me in the chest 32 times
We ordered $38.00 of food and our 12 pack of 6 crunchy taco were all broken!! When I called the person who answered the phone HUNG UP on me!

All the crunchy tacos were broken we bought, called to request a refund or remake, and the lady that answered was unprofessional and hung up the phone instead of taking the customer complaint.

Very short handed last night around 9 pm. Meanwhile still made my order correctly when dayshift couldn't follow the simple instructions on their screen! Very friendly nightshift and made dayshifts mistakes right! Highly recommend later trips if you want your food done right! Noah, Kris, Scott, and Emily were all very friendly and helpful! I ordered the same thing and finally got it made right!!
