The food is ok but the coffee drinks are lacking. Really miss the old bistro.

Top notch breakfast spot. Probably the best in town. Portions were just right and service was unbeatable. Everything we ordered came out perfect and pretty quick. All the breakfast entrees had options to do a wrap, croissant, or bowl which i thought was really unique for large groups with varying tastes. We will definitely come back for repeat visits when we're in the area.

Too overrated. It's our old theater turned into a venue. We went to a concert there and had to leave because the autistics were so bad. They have done a pretty good job about remodeling it but they have had some difficulties with catering I think. I haven't been back.

Great vibe for studying or hanging out with friends. The food is fab, love getting breakfast here whilst studying. Free drip coffee refills keep me going through the long hours.

Breakfast was not fresh at all. Biscuits were very dry like they have been sitting for a couple days and the potato wedges seemed like they were already cooked and sitting and seemed like they just reheated them in the fryer again which made them burnt. Would not recommend eating here. Maybe there coffee is good ?

We are travelling from PA, and this is a jem of a stop on the road. The breakfast bowl choices are wonderful and they were able to accommodate changes due to dietary restrictions. The waitstaff are very pleasant!

Rarely do I give 5 stars to any restaurant but I have to say, my expectations of this place were nowhere near the actual experience. The food was outstanding. I ordered the chicken bacon ranch wrap and I was expecting an ok meal. Yeah, right. This meal came with premium chicken, delicious lettuce, their tomatoes actually have flavor, more bacon than I would have ordered but it's fine because most places would jip you on the premium meats. Not this place. My husband's club sandwich came with premium meats so if you are looking for a great place to stop and grab a quick lunch, this is your place. Seriously, I've eaten here once and I will be back repeatedly.

This place is 4.5 stars only because of what it once was, as it has been reopened many times. To hear about the shut down and reopening - again, was truly heartbreaking, as the previous chef, Ricky, had an impeccable menu that was colorful and a breath of fresh air for Fulton. Knowing him, his care went into every plate and you could really taste the passion and fire that went into it.It was 11:30 when I arrived, and I was the only one. Standing at the counter, there were two baristas sitting about on their phone, evidently bored of their shifts. I can't really blame them, and I felt a bit bad for giving them more to do by walking in.Apologies were given, and I didn't mind, I knew I'd live. Seeing a menu written with no personality or character, I saw the new 'Fretboard Coffee' options. I was pleasantly surprised to see a local Columbia brand, but sad to see that they didn't offer nearly the same range of drinks. If you don't have any substitutions for all of the most popular drinks of yore, where is your audience? Who are you selling to? Myself, I went with a refresher equivalent, to only see that the baristas didn't wash their hands after scrolling on their phones, and move to make my drink. That was my first main issue. It's very easy to enforce sanitization, and the fact that these two hadn't it mind, shows that the management isn't up to par.I decided to get the Ham & Chicken sandwich, with fries. To be fair, with one look at the menu, half of the options are the same two variants with a complete and utter lack of depth and contrast. It's the same cheeses, the same sauce, the same meats - nothing is marinated, brined, smoked, dressed, nothing at all. There's no flavor to any text, so how am I to feel about the imagined flavor of the meal? There's evidently no effort given in concept, so how should the food equate? It took 22 minutes for my food to come out. Again, I noticed no gloves, and it was also pleasant to see thumbs brushing my sandwich and fries. These sanitary concerns have now led me to my next major worry - as nobody is practicing any sort of cleanliness or care on the front. The food was completely and utterly unremarkable and rather uneasy to stomach. My hoagie was toasted and hot, but wet on the outside. There were no toppings other than lettuce (not spinach), mushrooms, and tomato - no flavor or contrast. The provolone fused the chicken and ham together like glue, and was cold in the center, which I would likely be if I had finished it. They advertised a garlic aioli, and they can't manage it, because all you get is raw garlic. I had chunks of garlic stuck in my teeth after one bite, which sure is pleasant. It was a single note, uncooked, greasy, and flavorless sandwich that costs 10 dollars. Can't forget the 4 dollar fries though, which are just frozen Checker's / Rally's fries. Is this worth 14 bucks? A meal that clearly had no care or effort in construction, cooking, or concept? It's a crime to charge that much for frozen mush. This is the most disappointing restaurant in Fulton, hands down. Not only is it an insult to the building's history, its an insult to every cook who has put in effort in the back, it's an insult to the community for advertising it's anything more than a 15-20 dollar per visit microwave, and it's an insult to the workers who clearly aren't happy or passionate - reflecting the owners and their care, I imagine. They will get someone sick. They will push forward frozen slop and force others to pay a premium price for it. They will lose everything and force their employees to lose plenty as well, pretending that this mantra could ever be successful.Do not come here expecting what once was, as the "Golden-Age" of the Playhouse Bistro - Theater - Court Street Cafe; whatever they switch it to after this shuts down- has come to a horrific end.Keep your money and the contents of your stomach - beware the Bistro.
