The person in the Drive-Thru was extremely friendly. I ordered on the mobile app and then picked our order up to the drive-thru. The only reason why I put the service as a 3, was because I didn't get a straw for my drink and my son didn't get a straw or spoon for his frosty
They did give me a spoon for the chili and the sour cream and crackers I had ordered. Although I didn't eat inside the parking lot seemed clean and it wasn't horrible to park n watch the cars go down the road. Food I had to go with a 3, most of our food was great it was hot our add ons were right, and fries were hot, but my chili was Luke warm before I added sour cream to it, and my bun for my spicy crumbled as I took the first few bites. But I really have to say they did a good job overall and I'd come back again. Would have easily been a 4 if the utensils were in the bag and that chili was a bit hotter.

They did not have a wet floor sign up and I fell in the bathroom and when I told them about it the person working the front told me she had just cleaned up vomit I still don't understand why a wet floor sign couldn't have been put out

Terrible drive thru service. We waited in the drive thru line for 15 minutes at 3:30 in the afternoon, about 5 minutes at the speaker, and they still hadn't taken our order, so we just left. Don't plan on going there again for a while.
