Was a good eatery, albeit not as good as the one that was here prior, but good for the location (area) nonetheless. Food was good and portioned well, tortilla chips tasted of old, stale, overused oil, but the salsa and guacamole were really good.
We went for the first time and my wife got a boring burrito and taco. I asked the waiter to order for me and he recommended the special, The Molcajete. It was awesome! It deserved a parade with trumpets coming out of the kitchen! Super fun, authentic and yummy.
We were passing through, looking for a dinner place. Who would expect great Mexican food in Gallatin, MO? But we gave Senior Barrigas a try. The food was fantastic and service great. Having lived in CA for 30 years, I can say this is no gringo place. Menu has lots of variety. When we showed up the parking lot was empty and it wasn't busy inside but by the time we left, it was bustling.
