We have been wanting to visit here since we read about it in the Rural Missouri magazine from our electric co-op. It definitely was worth the wait and did not disappoint! The breaded tenderloin dinner was great! The smoked pork chop was on point! The gizzards might be about the best ones I've ever had (and I've had a lot). Be sure and try all of the sauces. The honey jalapeno and creamy garlic were my favorites. I hope we can make it in this area again sooner...
Excellent food. Great service. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. We'll be back. We were on a little day trip to Glasgow and stopped in for lunch. Excellent experience. House made dressings are delicious as was the food. Next time we'll come later in the day so we can try some of the dinner menu. Our waitress was very friendly and made us feel like a long time customer. Can't wait to come back.
We took a drive to see the Autumn colors on highway 5 and ate at Becketts for dinner. We arrived around 4:30 and there were no cars parked out in front and the place looked closed. We peered into the doorway window and saw people. We chose any table we wanted. We ordered and even still it took quite for the food to arrive. Around 5:00 the customers started streaming in.I had the grilled chicken pita and my wife a grilled chicken plate. The flavor was nice, mediocre and nothing...
