Food is Extremely underseasoned. Taco meat is literally just hamburger, no spices. Chimichanga beef tastes like a pot roast, not even remotely seasoned like Mexican food should be. Staff is all really nice.
I prefer ortega chilis to other chili rellenos. They were still good, just not as great. Beans and rice was good. I definitely would go back again. I love Hispanic food and one of my favorite is at Jimboys in the Sacramento California area. This place I really miss. Had been eating there for over 60 years. El7 would be my second best place, now that I'm living in Missouri.

So I was out house hunting with the oldest daughter and came across this little gem.It was set back from the road a bit and looked rather small from the front but it actually goes back away and can seat quite a few.The salsa was fresh and homemade, of a thicker consistency as opposed to more liquid. The chips were fresh as well. The burrito I had was fresh and made as requested. The margarita I had was cold and refreshing and made properly!The staff were all friendly and polite...
