Needing a light snack on a road trip to KC, and having found BluTaco on one of my many deep dives down the rabbit hole that Google Maps is (at least for me). We got 3 traditional beef BluTacos with Salsa Verde, one for each of us. We all enjoyed them. Definitely will hit the BluTaco up again. The only downside was we went through the drive through and they didn't have a menu board for BluTaco ( there was a menu for Champs Chicken though). It wasn't a big deal for us as we weren't getting a full on meal, I'm sure had we gone inside there would have been a menu. Worth a try if you are nearby.

I grabbed a double bean bowl, totally could have asked for more salsa, but that was on me. The flavor was still amazing and the portion was nice for the price. Great service and friendly people.Would eat here again for sure.

Blu taco food is good quality at a fair price. I had the bowl and it was very good. I recommend giving it a try. Service was fast and friendly.

I stopped by and ordered chicken quesadillas and a ground beef burrito. Both were amazing. The food was fresh and tasted very good. Looking forward to ordering some of their other menu items.

I got an inedible chicken bowl, one bite and threw it in the trash. Go to Chipotle or El Maguey down the street.
While the food was delicious and of proper temperature, the portions were small for the price that was being charged. It’s a nice mini-chipotle type place, but is more expensive with less options and smaller portions. I will say they have some awesome salsa options though!
