Stopped into this location after a long road trip back from FL, and was immediately greeted by Navarro. His energy was magnetic, and his smile contagious- literally 2 days before Christmas.
Additional note, the restaurant and woman’s bathroom were SPOTLESS! Absolutely one of the most pleasant experiences I have had at a fast food resting in a long time!

BK Corporate, take note! If this gentleman is not already leading the region and training others on how to take pride in their work he absolutely should be!

Came here to get breakfast this morning and it was supposed to be open at 6am. I was here right at 6am and nobody would answer me in drive-thur so i pulled around and the light was off in the dining room still but I could see people in there so i waited till about 6:15am and tried again and STILL NOBODY ANSWERED ME!!!!! What the heck is going on at this location?? I will be just going to Blue Springs from now on. This place is a freaking joke!!!!

The gentleman that waited on me was fast friendly. My order was correct. He brought my order to my table. He was working the front counter drive-thru and taking orders out to people waiting that had been through the drive-thru. Very friendly. Best service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant Burger King grain valley, Missouri you rock!

Navario (the guy from Mississippi) was an amazing pleasure to talk to, great service, great pleasurable host and made sure the food was hot and fast in a very timely manner, will be back here again!!! People like Navario make feel there's still great people out here, thank you for your service!!!

It has been very disappointing dealing with this Burger King, My daughter hasn’t been paid in over a month. Today I met the new general manager Navarrio who reassured me that he was going to get to the bottom of it! Something tells me a change is coming, I hope it’s good change. :)

BKs can be hit and miss. I havent been to this location for a while but heard it has new GM or owner. They were not the fastest, but the fries were the best ive had at ANY BK. Honestly didnt know they could taste this good, must be super fresh or something. Would love to see a ketchup dispenser vs packets. Ive never liked the coke mixing machines, they dont give a good coke taste. Thats all the gripes i have. Super friendly and i appreciate when people acknowledge and talk to my son when he goes out with me. Very nice. Thank you. Keep it up.

I usually get lunch here once a week to get the benefit from the Upside app. I have always been treated friendly with enthusiasm by Navarrio from Mississippi. He always takes the time to understand the customer and make their experience as pleasant as possible. I've noticed he's good to the other employees as well. This Burger King has a superstar (Navarrio), and will always serve customers well as long as he works here. Thank You

You know the saying, if you could leave zero stars instead of one. We waited in the drive thru behind other cars and then when it was our turn we’re immediately greeted with “be with you when I can” so we wait…. And wait and finally after sayin hello multiple times the guy comes back on and says again “be with you when I can” I said how long is that because we’ve been in line waiting for 40 minutes now? (When we pulled in there was only 4 cars ahead of us so you can do the math.) anyways there was no response nothing… silence. Decided to leave and go to another restaurant and pull to the window to see a guy just sitting there on a stool like he’s on a phone or watching a video. I get it’s fast food and some people just need a paycheck but seriously any kind of warning like a fryer being down or being short staffed would have saved time and maybe I would have left and eventually gone back but more than likely I’ll visit any other location than this one from here on out.
