Aweful experience at the drive through!! Spent nearly 5 minutes trying to order two burgers without pickles and one with only pickles… I get how that can be confusing at first but my god… you would have though I asked a life or death question. The lady couldn’t manage to figure out how to ring my order in so we just left and went to Culver’s next door

The manager was telling me what to order he was rude plus he chased us out of the store and he drives a Volkswagen suv with temp tags beware

Don’t laugh, but we drive over an hour 1/2 to go to this particular BK. It’s m not sure what they do differently, but it’s so much better than any of them in our area. And I’m not talking we go there when we are in the area, we literally make a special trip when we are craving BK.
And all of the employees we have encountered so far have all been very friendly! That seems to be rare these days so thank you for that.

We go in at night always and the employees are awesome and so nice and quick. The shift manager Chad has always been so helpful and nice.

Wednesday Jan 8 ordered at drive thru. The guy at the second window was great. Had to wait a little longer for my spicy chicken sandwich and he gave me a free soda for the wait. He was so nice and full of positive energy, it is so rare to get great customer service at a fast food restaurant. Made my whole day!

This guy working there was so nice he made my day he was about 45-50 and called me boss

I heard through the grape vine from my pal first thing this morning at 7:23am, that Burger King would be selling their delicious tacos once again. I quickly scrambled to the shower and freshened up. I didn’t need my morning coffee because I had so much excitement running through me about these tacos. I scrambled to my closet to find the perfect outfit, I shined my shoes and drove 1mph under the speed limit all the way through rush hour traffic. I didn’t care, I was early and the joy of having a taco from Burger King for lunch was enough to make any one sing to the top of their lungs. Only to show up at Burger King on my 30 minute lunch break to find they didn’t have tacos today. To say I am devastated is an understatement. I hope to one day be able to find joy like this again.

Untrained. Last night they messed up my order twice and one of the employees said to come back for a free meal. I asked if I needed a receipt or anything and he said no. I come back the next day and they told me that he doesn’t have the authority and there’s nothing they can do. Complete waste of my time and super unprofessional.

Went down to grab a 8 piece nugget since I gotta work some overtime and as long as I was in line for 2 cars in front of me you would think fresher nuggets maybe. These were very old.

Went twice to location..both times manager refused to help me order...done

If you ever want the wrong food wrong toppings or even cold food go ahead and order here at this location I had put in a online Mobile pick up order and had ordered me a baking king sandwich and made it specifically the way that I would eat it. I sent my girlfriend up there to pick up our food and when she arrived at home and I went to go eat my sandwich. I looked at it and it wasn’t even the correct sandwich.
