Came in this morning, by far the worst Culvers I have had in a long time. Fries were white hardly cooked. My burger didn’t have butter on it or sent through the toaster. Bread so stiff and hard. Burger patty was so bland. Seemed very rushed. Very disappointed

I had a mobile order and wait over 10 minutes for someone to come out and no one did so I went to the drive thru and there was 8 employees standing there not seeming to do anything and took another couple minutes for someone to greet me and you could tell the food had been sitting there for awhile. So I had waited and now going home with cold food because no one wanted or cared to come bring my food to me. It was very hard to see all the employees standing around seeming to not do anything.

I was told Culver’s would be an amazing experience, but when I got here not only was I met with multiple problems at the counter including being asked what I had already said I ordered several times because the cashier couldn’t keep it in his head, but I was also given the wrong change. Then I paid for a double bacon burger and I was met with a very flat, very burnt BACONLESS, bacon burger. As well as paying for buffalo sauce and not receiving any. Then before I received my food the service was not very pleasant as when I was receiving it the person had dropped it on the table, making the burger fall apart, fries fly around on the tray, and my ice cream splattering on me. Overall I will not be coming back to this restaurant again.
