It's a carry out location. No place to sit in to eat.
Pizza is excellent. They have pasta, sandwiches, and dessert.

They allow their drivers to have children in their vehicle when it goes against their policy and then you call the store and they do nothing cuz they're all friends and not care about the safety of the children in the vehicle and we had snow and ice and people were wrecking but you let your driver have children in the vehicle they don't belong to her

We order here a couple times a month. Each time we have had our pizza was made incorrectly, I have had a manager call me and tell me my next order would be on them we ordered again from them to our dismay our order not even a penny was on them, and the order was wrong yet again. We love the quality of the food we just hate the fact that our order is wrong each time and the promises made are not fulfilled. We are trying again tonight and the promises made still not fulfilled but like I said the taste we love.

I'd give 4.5 if possible. So, a few things. Ive utilized them probably 4-6x. While not too far literally, I feel like most people in my neighborhood don't realize they deliver out here, so im probably a slight inconvenience as far as delivery routes. Orders are generally pretty accurate with the exception of sauce on my sandwich. I added a polite note this time and my order was perfect. Still warm enough to enjoy, about 58 mins but considering its a friday night, Id say count on 45+ mins. Some of the complaints Ive read are just dumb. I feel like I'm more qualified than most because off and on I have 7+ years as a delivery driver, 5+ as a food delivery driver and at LEAST 4 are exclusively for pizza joints. Yea, they deliver to (some location 20 minutes away) but not to you at 6 minutes away. The delivery zone is probably dictated by the Regional manager and/or the franchise owner (if applicable). The GM carries weight in their opinion but probably isnt the sole determining factor. Cry me a river, when you set a delivery zone you have to draw a literal line on a map; the metaphorical "line in the sand." Ok, you're in the wrong zip/town by 50.' C'est la Vie.If they bend the rules for you because you're 100' away from the zone, and they give in and they deliver to you.....then the next person will complain...and the next and the next so on so forth. If you're happy with your driver/order, tip well, leave feedback for the store. And if there's a little issue, you'll catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Trust me when I say you can't believe how ungodly mind boggling crazy an established pizza joint can get. Ive literally seen a gm manually unplug every phone in the place bc we had 10x the volume what we could handle.

Domino's sits 6 minutes (google maps) away by car from the house where they refused to deliver. They offer delivery which is cool, but they refused to deliver 6 minutes away from their store in grain valley because the zip codes are messed up and apparently the other houses on the other side of the highway would be much further away that are in the same zipcode. When mentioned to both the in store person and phone taker, they both pretty much blew it off. The food was good... but the service was prehistoric. The atmosphere inside had no seating; it was takeout/delivery only, which is a business model that should support all delivery routes within 15 minutes or so. If you are looking for takeout with no complaints, service was 5 stars. If you are looking for delivery 5 minutes away in the wrong zipcode, service was 1 star, so it gets 3 stars because it's business model is delivery without being able to deliver 5 minutes away and shrugging it off when it was pointed out to two employees.

That was the best gluten-free pizza ever! The manager was on the money with a clean restaurant and knowledge of real customer service.
