El Maguey Mexican Restaurant

I live close to this place and have been there a couple of times now. I love the chimichanga with the queso blanco. Good food, good vibes, great service.

Es Mucho Gusto! I have fond memories of this place, #1 best Mexican restaurant in Town! Not like Taco Bell was even a Competitor…Your missing out if you’ve never been here!

Moved across the country 7 years ago. Eat here every time we come back to visit.

Took 15 minutes for a server to come take JUST our drink order. Went to pay and guy at the counter took 2 phone calls and 2 tickets from servers, while ignoring me that is standing in front of him waiting to pay…
Fast forward to the next day 3/5 people are sick with food poisoning!
Go to the oak grove location, this location has been terrible the last 3 visits!!!!

I have a 5-year-old that really takes a lot of my attention, and I ordered the wrong thing. I noticed and they noticed that I noticed that I may not have had the right thing. So they came to ask me about it and I told them that it was my fault. Don't worry about it. I'll just get it to go and give it to somebody else to eat.

But they made me what I really wanted anyway!!! They were very insistent and super understanding and nice!!! 10/10 it's TMI but I'm going through a rough time and this was a little win for me 🙏🥹

Consistent food, great service

Took our party of 18 and got us seated quickly (they weren't super busy). They were quick with the drinks and food and were attentive to the table. Everything was correct and the fiid was good. Margheritas weren't as strong as usual, so that was the only negative. Not sure if this was because it was a different location than we usually go though.

Fast service. Very nice people who are employed here. The crowd was friendly and polite. The food hands down amazing! Vegan options were the best! Screaming from the top of my lungs YOU MUST COME TRY👍🔥
