Insanely busy. I ordered via the app and my food was given away. I had to reorder and we were there for 45 minutes. The manager was very nice though and did what she could for us.

Both drive thru windows all of the employees hung out the window petting a puppy and just continuing on with their work without washing their hands until told by customer to wash their hands. Unacceptable.

Sadly this is a place where you have to pay 20 cents extra to add mayonnaise. I'm a very honest McDonald's reviewer, I was so sad to see the fries left like that (see photo). That's so low I can't even go back in or else risk being ashamed that "I just ate my fries" and wanted another one for free. I got two double cheese and they were okay. The atmosphere didn't seem to have that bubbly vibe you get from McDonald's. And the service has quite a few teens where they seem to swear out loud which in this culture I know isn't super unnormal but being a kid's place I brought the service down to four.
Dear Brandy... you do not approach a customer telling them you put the correct items in the bag. Clearly we wouldn't have complained over a 4 PIECE chicken nugget. You don't where approach a customer like that.

All I wanted was a hot Mocha. They told me that the machine was down. I asked what's going on, the McDonald's on 7 has had their machine down for about a month? He said there has been a machine recall.

The staff, though kind, seem hurried, stressed, and worn, The dining room, a tale of chaos told. Though hunger’s pangs are stilled, the heart feels torn, For warmth and joy are absent, left too cold.
A place of promise, yet it falls just shy, Of standards sought in fast food’s fleeting grace. Yet still, when hunger calls and options die, It serves its purpose, filling empty space.
