Showed up at 9:15ish p.m. tried to order honey chicken was told they were all out okay let me go call my pregnant wife that was craving and explain that to her and see what else she would like Go back through the drive-thru at 9:20 order another item and was told they're out of that too okay what do you have I ask and she says nothing we close at 9:30 so we stop serving food at 9:00 really wish your website would update to show you close at 9:00 not 9:30 then tells me to go drive 25 minutes one way to Blue springs because they are open later.

VERY long wait in the drive through. Weird pieces of black stuff in my food. The beef was not edible—shriveled up and chewy.

I ordered my food and the portions were very small and my super greens were very dry and not fresh. The lady was very nice and didn't take my original food. She gave me new food and those portions were even smaller. The super greens was one layer and my kung pow was like three tablespoons and the the teriyaki chicken was like a half of a breast. I have complained before at different locations. I don't think they really care about quality control because the money is to good. I've suggested before to make sure employees are trained well and use measuring tools for a more consistent portion distribution

Went through the drive through to get food and asked for one A La Carte of fried rice and a separate one of chow mein and instead they gave me half and half inside one so I got half the portion. Lost my appetite after I figured it out and the food was not that good either.

Never give a review but this time I really need to everytime my family go to grain valley panda express we feel welcome because the employees there is so nice always smiling specially the employees name Sharon one of the nicest, helpful and the food is great.

Food did not taste normal and portion was smaller than usual previously experienced visits. Could be location, could be trying to cut costs but its just an experience that I won't repeat.

We stopped in on our way out of town and were very happy with our food options and the service. Staff were friendly and helpful and even let us sample the watermelon refresher. The store and bathrooms were very clean. I haven't been to a Panda Express in years, but will go back after this experience.

I ordered a fried rice with vegetables, but the rice was completely undercooked and tasted grainy. I noticed they had new rice prepared, so I went back to get a replacement side and had to pay again, yet there was no courtesy extended—staff were rude. Despite paying twice, the food quality remained the same, and I ended up throwing both portions away. I even spoke to the manager, but she seemed completely indifferent. I will never return to this place; the experience was terrible.

I love Panda Express in Grain Valley! They're probably my favorite fast food place, and literally today I had the best experience ever! Huge shout out to Courtney. I went with all her suggestions and it made my already great day even better. Management listen up: This girl will take you to the next level!

Very clean and nice atmosphere. I did have the chicken mushroom bowl but there was no chicken in the bowl. They were very kind and gave me a free meal with lots of extra chicken. Food was hot, fresh and delicious.
