Don’t do it. Just don’t. Ordered the plate tonight with the noodles, teriyaki chicken and the pepper steak. They were pissed because they had to make the steak because they were out - husband told them he didn’t mind waiting. Once he got home with the food it tasted fine. Mediocre Chinese food, at best, but I knew that before ordering. The steak they had to make had one piece in it ?, fine, whatever. The issue came as I was finishing my meal. I had to RUN to the bathroom. I mean run. Instant. Ran right through me. SEVERE stomach pains. 30 minutes later it came out the other end… and here we are. 2 hours after my $14 meal that caused me to poop and puke my brains out. Happy Saturday. ?. Highly recommend avoiding this food at all costs unless you have an iron clad stomach.

Pretty sure my meal was leftover from lunch rush. Chowmein was all dried out and flavorless. My kung pao had thr spice, but was mostly veg, only a few pieces of dried chicken.I come to Grain Valley location because the food is usually fresh and not sitting all day.Definitely not worth what I paid.

The people waiting on you are fast the only issue is trying to get in the building, I struggled to pull the front door open and once I did you could hear a big vacuum inside and the pressure change why they have so much pressure in their air I have no idea one day I will find out if you'd find out first post it! PS the bathrooms were clean!
I ordered a plate with orange chicken and beef with broccoli with the noodles for the side. They shorted me on the orange chicken, but the beef with broccoli had one tiny piece of beef and two pieces of broccoli.

I drove 8 miles in to Grain valley to get walnut shrimp. Got home to find NO WALNUTS. TRIED TO CALL JUST NOW TO EXPRESS MY DISPLEASURE BUT NO ONE ANSWERED. IT IS 7:06 pm.Please train your employees to 1) put all ingredients listed into the food 2) answer your phone. In conclusion May I simply say GOODBYE. Permanently!!!!!!!!!Maybe I should come back and demand EXTRA walnuts. Nope. Too many other places to eat!!!!!!

My kids went threw drive threw tonight to get dinner, the girl was very rude taking there order saying she couldn’t keep hearing them, my kids asked to talk to someone else and was told to bad, they go to the window and got food then left, they came home and there orders was wrong the plate was filled with rice and barley meat on one and the other was suppose to be double chicken and only one side was filed I called and asked to talk to a manager and got yelled at by a employee named GABE, we will not be going back for a while

I just had mine and my gitlfriends best Panda Express meal here. It wasn't just fresh, it was cooked to perfection. Seriously so good. I had orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp. She had sesame chicken. It was seriously the best food experience I've had at Panda. Good work to that team!

6 PM dinner rush and there was virtually no selection of food prepared with the explanation that the equipment wasn't working correctly. Also watched a cook open and break down cardboard boxes, no gloves, and went right over and touched food without washing his hands. The food is always good, but there were done strikes this evening.
Never have been disappointed by Panda Express customer service and food they never disappoint food is delicious ? and restaurant is very clean ? when you get in the restaurant you can feel your inner Zen and ✌️ Peace ☮️

2 time this week ordered through drive through and had to wait 20 minutes outside for food never again drive to blue springs store it will take just as long. Also after waiting 20 minutes when we got home gave us wrong order. WOW twice in one week. All the manager did the first time is ask me to do a survey. Please get your act together grain valley.
