Terrible sonic to go to. Food was cold and not correct. Drinks were packed with so much ice. Waited 10 minutes just to get my order taken. Only 4 cars were in the order stalls. Asked a lady that walked out for assistance. She snared and said to blame the owners?! Sad to have to go to Blue springs just for some drinks.

Sat there for 20 minutes after clicking the button before someone took my order and at the time there was only 3 cars including myself. Took another 10 minutes or so before it said the server was on the way, but the server was definitely not on the way as. Gotta be padding their numbers inside or something saying they're coming when they're not. Then once I got my food my hot dog looked like crap and had precisely one dollop of relish and then tons of mustard and ketchup... On one side.
Don't waste your time with this location and go somewhere else. Wouldn't hate a refund.

Ordered 2 pretzels with cheese and forgot it and says there out of ice creams no refund they say I have to go to app. She was so rude didn’t try to refund money worst consumer service ever how hard it is to get refund and forgot cheese for my boys pretzel
Will never go back also I own a small buujsness in area and will be telling everyone not to go her. You are rude if you don’t like your job quit

Ordered some sandwiches for me and my girl. Hers was made incorrectly, I got them to remake that sandwich, then when we tried to eat it all the buns were rock hard.

Not returning to this sonic again. Been there 3 times and I always have to wait 20-30 mins for my order and then it comes out wrong or cold. It is never staffed enough and the ones that are there seem overworked. Today’s order was a complete waste of time and money.

The Grain Valley location needs some improvement. I was really excited to try the new Pickle Smash Burger, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. My sandwich was missing several of the toppings it was supposed to come with—and instead, I somehow ended up with a random bell pepper. It felt thrown together and careless. Super bummed.

Paid $25 for food, got home, changed into pjs and it’s isn’t even the right burger. Sad and upset bc i really wanted the pickles. 😔
ALSO it looked like they just threw our burgers together and shook the box 20 times before give it to us. Not trying to be a Karen, I just really like the pickles 💔.

I got here at 5:54pm when my order was ready and I’m still here at 7pm waiting on my 5 items yet 20 other cars have been helped and served I love Sonic’s food just needs a little more work on staff they are sweet but not as efficient

Took ten minutes for my order to be taken, ordered a super sonic bacon double cheeseburger asked for mustard only. Large order of mozzarella sticks. Was told they were short staffed and it would take a little extra time. I didn't mind waiting so about twenty minutes later I received my food paid my twenty dollars and that was a two dollar tip. Got home and opened the bag to see i received a small order of mozzarella sticks and a single patty hamburger with only ketchup. I hate ketchup! So twenty dollars for three mozzarella sticks. Tried calling multiple times but they won't answer the phone.

This place does not train their employees well. They rarely put everything on sandwiches as shown on menus and burgers are precooked and cold and fries and tots overcooked. Car hops don't know how to make some of their specialty items, like lemon creme coolers or blasts for instance. They overmix the lemon coolers until it seems you are just drinking lemon flavored milk and blasts always have a big air gap over at least 1/4 of the middle and candy never mixed in well, some thrown on top and then a glob in bottom. It costs too much to eat out let alone pah for food you wouldn't even feed your dog. And Mr/Ms Owner no point leaving your we are sorry typical response that only then requires us to jump thru hoops to report to corporate. Keep up the good work and your store will be gone, in fact not sure it shouldn't have closed a long time ago. Disgraceful.

We waited for an hour after putting in an online order. We heard nothing from any of the workers. I got the wrong drink and they forgot my marinara sauce. Very disappointed ☹️
Recently stopped here for food after a trip and waited almost an hour and a half for 3 ice creams and a couple burgers and tots. We placed an online order so we couldn’t get it refunded and the manager and people working were very rude and even flipped me off when I had checked in to see if my food was ready after waiting 45mins after checking in. The manager gave me expired coupons for the wait and laughed about it once she got inside the store. Never stopping here again.
