We went to sonic and ordered 4 extra long chili cheese coney. We got home and they had maybe 2 small spoonfuls of chili and a few crumbs of cheese on all of them. Living in another town I didn't feel like getting back out. So I went to the store and asked to have a manager come out. A lady came out and I showed her the pics and she said let me get my general manager. We'll the gm got on the speaker and asked how she could help me. I asked her to come out soni could show her what we got last not. She wouldn't come out and said they don't do refunds. I told her I didn't want a refund or they food remade. That I just wanted to show her the pics I took to make her aware of what happened. She still wouldn't come look at the pics. So then I proceeded to tell her a gm that won't gi out and talk to a costumer is a bigger problem in that state than the crap food I was given.

I came to this sonic 2 times in the last week and ordered a milkshake both times. Both times, the milkshake came back fully melted, and basically just the consistency of milk. It didn’t even taste cold really. I accepted it the first time and just took my loss, but the 2nd time, I brought them back to get new ones made. I was told the lady would make me new ones, and she did, but they came out the same way. I was disappointed and just asked for my money back. All I’ve been craving is a shake, haha! The workers are super friendly, but I could tell the worker I dealt with was irritated. I know she tried to help, so nothing against her. If I were her I would be irritated too. It may just be the machine? The shakes used to be super good so I’m not sure what happened. I probably won’t order a shake from here anymore. Still love the food though.

I hate paying for and then waiting 20 minutes for stuff I don't get... like receiving a small drink when I ordered a large, or getting a single burger when I paid for a double with bacon. The real kicker is when it it all happens in one go. Got 6 bucks worth of food for double that, I even tipped like 6 bucks too. Miss when sonic used to be quality food, in a reasonable time.

This place cannot get an order right. I ordered a burger, CLEARLY requesting NO condiments, and they bring me one with ketchup and mayo. GRRrr! Fries were old and cold , and had the texture of cardboard. Inedible! To make matters worse, the car hop BOTCHED my change! $22 minus $12 is still $10,, not $8! If you want Sonic, go to Blue Springs.
Literally was given a cold burger. Not coming back here again.

Ordering was an act of congress since she couldn’t get it right. We thought we finally had it correct and the order came wrong. It’s not rocket science… Quality: tots weren’t cooked enough and the strawberry shake was like strawberry milk as well as the burgers weren’t prepared properly as ordered. We probably won’t be back to the Grain Vally Sonic, especially since is was pretty expensive too.

This place has really gone downhill. I ordered a drink and pretzel, the drink was so full of ice I couldn’t put the straw in and the pretzel was burnt or dried out and no mint. Another time I ordered fries and they were burnt/dried out and tasted like old grease and I paid for vanilla added to my drink and if there was any actually added it was so minimal that I could not taste it. Sad, I love Sonic and sure what has happened to this one.

I been sitting here for over 15 minutes there are not very many cars in fact 4 counting mine I pushed the red button which says it something like that someone will be with you.. no broken speaker came on said that broken you need to move to a different stall nope now going too Mc
