After about 5 visits they haven't let me down, but I just received a chalupa with a very stale shell, nothing I've ever seen before from Taco Bell, and they also forgot my cheesy fiesta potatoes.
They're generally just not the best at order fulfillment. It turns a fast food experience into slow food.

My brother ordered my food through the mobile app and when I got home to eat it, I almost finished my burrito and I bit in to the blue rubber gloves they use to cook. When I called, they offered to remake the single burrito, but I'm never going to Taco Bell again. This was a few days ago, but I've been feeling sick all weekend and wanted to leave a review so that other people know to check their food first.

I was excited to order a tostada again only to be majorly disappointed! The picture was after I spread out the 1 lump of hard cold beans n top of the tostada. Save your money and go somewhere else if you want good fast food. You won't get it here.

What a shame to say that when I went at night with my family something happened to me. In my opinion, the managers are really disgusting, they don't serve you well, it really makes me sad to say it, the managers are terrible, they don't solve anything. I have seen managers when the place is full sitting doing nothing and even if they helped me with something they just turned around and continued on their way. I would definitely never return

Second time in a row I’ve gone to the Grain Valley Taco Bell and have received stale taco shells and nacho chips. This time also ordered nachos and got the cheese but no chips. Paid for extra cheese on the tacos and did not get it. Will be driving a bit further to Blue Springs from now on.

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in the forty years I’ve been on earth. Understand that half the time you order tacos, the shells will be stale and taste rotten. There’s about an eighty percent chance they will mess up your order. There’s definitely a one hundred percent chance you will be unsatisfied and also with a case of runs. I warn all the humans of this planet, do not eat at the grain valley Taco Bell or you will regret it! You have been warned!
