Please remove Kayla from taking orders in the drive through. She is THE rudest, with no customer service skills.
We just use the drive through. Even though the employees are courteous, sometimes you can sit in the drive through for over 20 minutes. The food? Well, it's fast food...
Pulled in at 12:55 am and was the only customer and I was turned away. My understanding is close is at 0100. Open sign still on in window.

Ordered a larger order through the app. Was told they couldn’t fulfill the order (3 items) due to fryer being broken. Was then told we could cancel through the app (we couldn’t cancel in the app) to receive refund for entire order. When I explained we were feeding multiple people and could not leave empty handed, we requested if they could make everything else and swap the missing items for a few tacos or something so we didn’t have to cancel. After we were told yes, the window then shut and an employee could be audibly heard through the window cussing and complaining about our order/request. We then decided to cancel our order (now out $80) since it is too difficult to do our jobs.
This is seriously the WORST Taco Bell imaginable, EVERY single time ..Yes EVERY. SINGLE. Time like clockwork I come here my food is messed up, missing, disgusting. You might ask, then why come back? I give it a few months, HOPING new management came in or maybe they hired someone who cares about their job more than the last. Try it and boom, TRASH FOOD AND SERVICE. Owners either aren’t aware, or don’t care. Regardless, it’s a shame. Send in corporate to retrain staff. That really may be the problem, or maybe it’s just a loss cause. I know corporate organizations don’t care if they lose customers, but my family won’t be back. Regardless. Shameful

Don't use mobile order. We were told drive thru takes priority in orders. Over 6 of us waiting on mobile orders while drive thru gets serviced.
The customer service experience was somewhat lacking. Orders are placed via a self-service kiosk, and once prepared, they are delivered without announcing the customer’s name or order number. We remained seated for approximately 20 minutes before a staff member inquired about our order. Despite this, the establishment featured a modern and aesthetically pleasing ambiance.
Now an AI Runs the Drive thru we may wanna use the App 😅 least it can pick your name. Can't change or add anything through it but staff let me add drink and was super kind. The Decades gordita was a good idea I thought but less meat and toppings than I remember and it tasted kinda chemical/soapy not like they originally did. My cantina bowl was good and drink they gave me though. Sad drinks in large are have the size used to be... Shrinkflation

Let’s raise the price on everything and give you less food cmon guys. This is getting out of hand. Got a Crunchwrap that was flatter than a crepe, beefy 5 layer that looked like a shriveled up sausage.

After about 5 visits they haven't let me down, but I just received a chalupa with a very stale shell, nothing I've ever seen before from Taco Bell, and they also forgot my cheesy fiesta potatoes.
They're generally just not the best at order fulfillment.
It turns a fast food experience into slow food.
I don't know what's wrong with the people that work there but they messed my food up every single time.
I can't even get doordash because they go to this terrible location that purposely makes the food wrong.
They will never get my money again!
