We walked in, no reservation. My wife being of Mexican decent did not seem welcome. Some of the other patrons and a few staff seemed to look down their nose at her.... I also sensed it. But wirh that being said, the food was good, our lack of reservation may have contributed to our slow service, and the lack of the wait staff returning to check on us.. ( never refilled my drink)

Our favorite restaurant in Missouri!!! The cinnamon rolls are the best I have ever had. Try the balsamic vinegarette dressing, omg!!! THE BEST EVER!! My steak was perfect, as always. We drive 4 hours to eat here!

FOOD WAS AWSOME!!! They did not disappoint at all. I ordered the soup of the day (potato soup) and it was very good! My family ordered a variety of things and it came out perfectly. I didn’t catch the servers name but she was brunette and very kind! I took a picture but im not sure how to upload it on here haha. FYI get the homemade bread, if you don’t order it then you’re missing out.

We decided to give this little place a try.We heard that the prime rib and steaks and fresh home cook sides was worth the drive.Well it did not disappoint.My rib eye was so flavorful and tender along with my husband blackened fish and shrimp he loved the flavor.i would recommend making reservations .Staff was friendly and welcoming.

We arrived just after 8pm. And we're welcomed in like we were family, you could tell they'd been busy as they had been cleaning 2 tables (the only empty ones in the place) as we sat down they finished the clean up and when asked what their favorite dish was in the place, it was explained they had many. The Chef makes bread every AM, including Cinnamon Rolls, and an appetizer bread , sort of a sauce less pizza w/cheeses and Bacon. Their salad dressing is homemade and very flavorful. The Menu is extradinary for its versatility of International dishes, and many daily specials. It's been years since my husband had Spaghetti Vongola (mussels) and he had the Spaghetti with seafood... It brought many good memories of our time living just outside Naples Italy while in the Navy. PERSONALLY, The food is well worth the slight out if tge way drive... of Off Hwy160 W. Towards Doniphan up hwy 21 N to Grandin or S off Hwy 60 again to Grandin... THE FOOD IS DEFINATELY WORTH THE DRIVE... Thanks for an enjoyable dinner and making us feel like we'd come to a loving families place.
