They are ok with customer service since they got rid of the rude employees. They are no longer at the old location in Grandview where the food was just ok nothing special.
First time going there, food was good and hot and the seafood was outstanding. Atmosphere was great, service was great as well.
Great crawfish and the best spicy sauce l ever had on crawfish. You have to shell it yourself so prepare yourself for a mess
You are given a menu when you first come in at the counter and told to pick your meal. After deciding what you want you go to the counter and tell them, that's it. Within five minutes you you get your food. We tried their $50 special which was very good and fed both my wife and myself. No atmosphere to speak of but the food was the reason you stopped, right! I do recommend you try this place. Good eats at a good price. Man next to me (former student of mine) said the catfish meal was great
Parking: Plenty of parking around store
Wheelchair accessibility: Large entry, tables
The food here is well prepared and quite good. The atmosphere is lacking and somewhat disorganized but it looks clean.Order food and pay at the bar then sit down. They deliver it to your table along with a bucket for shells and trash. They aren't very busy and things are ready without delay.
Wonderful atmosphere and employees are very nice. Food always comes out hot and fresh.
This place is fantastic! The service was quick and pleasant and the atmosphere was quite and relaxed. The food though.... oh the food! Absolutely amazing! Recommend this place 10 out of 10!
Was my first time at a place like this and I really enjoyed it, the food has great flavor and their heat scale is accurate.
I use to like this place when my family complained of no flavor I kept going back but one day I ordered clams and they weren't all the way opened but trying to be positive and hoping they were done I started eating only to find a bunch of tiny little crustaceans that looked liked whole tiny crab... they were the size of a pencil top eraser so if you're not looking you would have missed them. This makes me wonder did I get served this every time ? ???
It was mediocre at best, but I didn't expect much being placed in the middle of the states. The food had little to no seasoning. It didn't even sound like people was cooking in the kitchen. Maybe just a microwave bag. It was disappointing, I do not recommend this place to anyone

Yesterday it was great I said I'll give them one more try because the first time was not right. This time it was on point so I guess second chances can turn out good.
The food was great, simple Cajun crayfish boil style served in a plastic bag and ready to dump on the table! The service was ok but it would be nice if someone stopped by and asked about refills every so often. The atmosphere is a little cramped since only about a quarter of the seating is available and it's a big like a Joe's crab shack vibe. Just throw nets and life preserves around and call it a day.
Kid-friendliness: There were kids running around while I was there. No issues with having kids there!
We had the special, which was one lb of snow crab, 1 lb of shrimp, a lobster tail, 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 corns and 2 potatoes, we also ordered shrimp fried rice. All that was good but we also ordered the buffalo chicken wings and those we didn't like, the vinegar from the sauce was too much and we couldn't eat it. Very disappointed I couldn't get a refund for something that was not edible.
Guess it's just a hit or miss according to reviews. I didn't like it at all.Having to go up place my order and pay before I sit felt like I was in a fast food joint, paying felt like I was in a Red Lobster, Food was very bland probably because everything is Frozen. (Kinda pricey for frozen food)$20-$30 for lunch?. nah not for that.
Ambience at the bar was terrible, as it was more like a cashier checkout for all the to go orders. A TV would have been an tremendous help. I ended up changing my order to go.My mussel, shrimp, and sausage boil was cooked perfect. But the oil they used for the spice and flavoring reeked of imitation butter flavored low end soy oil. The oil pretty much ruined what would have been an exceptional meal. The forcing me to pay before cooking the meal, while the order was dining in at the bar, was also annoying. Not a repeat.
