The workers refused to open the restaurant for 3 families standing outside - even though it was supposed to be open. This owner just lost business because some people left when the workers wouldn’t open after 15 minutes past open time. They just sat there eating food while watching customers wait and leave.

Store hours says they open at 10:45, they will look at the line of people waiting outside and open whenever they feel like it. Always running out of food. Places always dirty.

I actually liked the food this time. I didn't have to ask for more scoops. It had some flavor. I could taste the lime and spices. They do need to shake the excess juices off of the beans and corn salsa. The bowls get too soft.

This chipotle is the red headed step child of chipotles in Kansas City. They’re super slow, always short staffed, and always out of ingredients. The line always takes forever. Management just doesn’t care about this store.

Never again! Ordered thru the app, all the items barely had any meat. My husband’s burrito was so cold. They also forgot my drink. Learned my lesson, going to support a local restaurant instead.

Waited 45 min for the BOGO deal only to have the tortilla girl complain how annoying it is and people need to stop coming in AND look on my receipt when I got home and only got 1 free burrito instead of 4! And the portions were skimpy. Not cool

I have been to this location on different occasions at different times and they NEVER HAVE several items at once. I honestly feel they should shut this location down. Poor management, poor business ethics and quality is trash! No Pico, no Fajita mix, and no guacamole....those aren't small things for an already limited menu. Get yall stuff together!

Just more of the same from everyone else. Show up after five, small line but moves incredibly slowly, out of everything before you can order, charged me twice for drinks, and incredibly small portions. Guessing this is by design of a franchise order

Worst chipotle ever. They consistently get orders wrong and one time while I was in the store their employees started fighting a customer. Seriously the worst location.

My biggest issue with this location is the portion size. I stopped doing in store pick up or delivery because id get half of what I would if I went in or got from another location. Even when you go in 60% of the time I have to ask them to put more on. My friends all say the same as well. They drive or get theirs from Belton instead. The food still taste great though.

This is really not a review. This is a suggestion, during my visit to two different locations, I notice 9 of 10 customers grab a handful of flatware, napkins and take a whole bottle of Tabasco. I can imagine if this happens at two stores it happens at most. I could not even estimate how much money this would save if the person at the register put napkins and flatware in the bag. The Tabasco issue, don't make it available to the customer.
Just my observation.

They are frequently low or out of sofrita and/or fajita. It’s a bummer for someone looking forward to a robust vegetarian meal.

Got there at 10:55 because they’re supposed to open at 10:45. They were closed and I spoke to one of the workers literally walking in at 10:58. I asked when they’re supposed to open and she said “10:45 but we are short staffed so we have to make sure we are ready before we open” and when we peeked inside they had kids running around. Whatever, it was cold but I waited. And when they finally let us in, she gas lit us by saying they don’t open until 11. And then told me that they don’t have carne asada and that they’re only available for online orders only. Girl WHAT! That’s the ONLY reason why I’m here!!! I’m so disappointed.
