Bathroom situation is weird chips always stale and too much sour cream

This is the only chipotle I been to in my life that consistently runs out of Chicken and pinto beans. These past few months I been there about 3x and Everytime they are out of one of those main items, or there is a 15-20 min wait on them to be prepared. As a huge franchise like this one, how do you allow this? I would avoid going to this one if you can.

Every time I use the app, my order gets cancelled and Chipolte won’t help. Such good food but customer service is the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. Never get a refund for my cancelled orders. The app sucks

Such a horrible chipotle! The staff it was very evident did not care about their jobs. Additionally, the manager, whoever was on duty did not care either because he let people order items that they did not even have in stock. You were forced at the end to either pay or partial items, I reached out to customer service and by far the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced this goes hand-in-hand as reflected, and the daily work of the employees this company is going to head to the ground fast.

As usual I haven't been to Chipotle in over 10 years because they are stingy with their steak. I get a burrito bowl with steak and they scope the meat then shake the spoon putting 5 pieces of steak in a bowl full of rice. I asked for extra steak and was given 3 pieces of steak. I paid an extra $5 for 3 pieces of steak. I'm done as of 3/4/25 with Chipotle. I spent $18 for a bowl of rice with 8 pieces of steak.

Literally never have workers, always out of something, line stay at the front door. Just close already

It's insane not to be able to get someone on the phone 👎

Walked in at with just under an hour until closing (9:40 to be exact) and when I went to order, the employee told me 'we are out of these meats' pointing to the line. There were no meats at all. The cooking area was closed down so there was not going to be any available for the rest if the night.

Always out of ingredients but charge full price. Portions are laughable and have gradually gotten smaller and smaller. How do you run out of lettuce constantly?

I haven't bought anything from Chipotle in 3
months and shouldn't have this time. To say I
was dissapointed is to weak of a description.
Please don't be grossed out by the picture of
the chewed meat portions. The quality of the
steak was below par; most was barely edible.
I had to chew more than should be required
for a quesadilla. It was full of tendons and
silver skin. Don't forget about the extra small
portion of rice and the beans that tasted like
they came right out of the can. I can't spend
$12 USD of my hard earned cash on trash
food.

This place is filthy!!! They throw your food all over the place including their counter. So as they slide your food, bowl or burrito on the foil down their line they drag your stuff in food left thrown on their counter. It’s nasty!!!!! The dishes I recommend is the burritos!! Oh my gosh they are awesome just don’t go to this one to get it!!!

We moved to Louisiana and I was visiting and tried this location. Stark contrast in quality but the main problem is the portion. Not joking in the slightest that I got double the food at the LA location. At that location they put the tacos in a container. This location gave me this little snack. I even tipped 3 bucks which I regret. Good luck at this location.
