Ordered online, picked up at restaurant...order was ready, hot, & packaged well. I'm a VSG patient so I learned that a smaller serving of a bowl will meet my needs. I got tons of protein so I was happy.

Service was very kind and friendly, but I felt very rushed. I feel like they were throwing the food together so fast that it was made sloppily, and they rushed me through the toppings so quickly that I don't even think they heard me ask for the fajita vegetables because they weren't on there. They also didn't put my guac in the bag so I had to come back to get it after I already was home. I would normally be able to notice these small mistakes and fix them before...

Usually not too bad. Get through the line quite quick, and portions not too bad if you order in line and are polite to the food servers.The cons: dirty lobby almost always, very frequently out of multiple things and because of this many turn away from just the door. The security guard is always nice enough to tell everyone walking in about what’s missing.It’s always something. Last time i went they were out of cheese, mild sauce and sour cream. Before that it was online order...
