If I could put less than 1 I would. My order was received, said being made, then all the sudden it was cancelled. Like everyone else has said when they tried to call no one answered the phone call. Should just close down the location. What's the point of having it "open" ?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Every time we try and order for delivery they cancel the order with out notifying us they don’t have a driver. So after an hour of waiting call to see what’s going on to find out my order was canceled.

I've hesitated in leaving a 1 star review in the past, but after many disappointments with dominoes, it feels necessary. Many times in the past I have ordered a pizza, waited over 2 hours and with have had to cancel my order. I've called many many times and have been left on hold for up to 20 minutes before giving up and attempting to call again. When the staff finally picks up the phone, I get told that my order has not even been prepped (after hours of waiting). Sometimes I've been lucky and managed to get a human on the phone a second time and get told that my wait time is extending even longer. The staff must be overwhelmed or simply don't care. The management must be horrendous as this experience has been consistent for quite some time. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. People in the area have are also very frustrated. Sometimes you just want a pizza bro.

Order showed up 45 mins later than it said, even after posting it was “delivered”. When calling to ask about the order, the “managers” hung up the phone. This was back and forth between Belton and grandview locations. Do not order from these locations if you’re wanting it within 45 mins of the time they say. “Manager” of Belton location just passed phone on to someone else saying they were the manager before setting the phone on the counter for a few minutes before just hanging up. Close these locations based on the employees.

Here’s the story hour one we are number three in line for our pizza it should take an hour. Hour two and a half we are now number four on the list and they will start making our order in an hour. The tik tok pizza was terrible I ordered Xtra meat and it looked like half of a portion.
We had not been back here for 20 years due to 3 times of trying Domino's pizza. We tried it tonight and it is Better than Papa John's and Pizza Hut. And TONS Better than it was 20 years ago.
Their thin and crispy makes it better for my Diabetic wife to eat due to lower carb level. The pizza tastes Great and has no bad after taste like previous mentioned brands.
Converts to Domino's Pizza. WOW!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a curb cut for ADA access. With ADA parking of 4 spaces.

Ive ordered multiple times from this location and other locations. This location I have to be sure to ask for my sauces or not get them. Extra cheese is not added when ordered. Pizza made incorrect was replaced but still had to go pick it up and swap the mistake instead of having it sent out. The quality of pizza at this location is subpar. Pizzas look sloppily put together with some areas missing cheese entirely. Only reviewing to hopefully have a manager see and improve the quality inside. Traveling farther to another dominoes just to get normal quality seems outrageous, at that point might as well go somewhere else.
