I took my grandchildren here for an afternoon treat. They were out of the flavor of ice cream my granddaughter wanted. After staff saw how upset my granddaughter was about it, they went out of their way to “create” something similar. My granddaughter was so happy! Thank you for going the extra step!!

This Dairy Queen location has very good customer service. They help the customers in whatever the need. The food was amazing and there was nothing wrong with it. It wasn’t cold and there were no hairs: no issues whatsoever!
This DQ consistently makes the soupiest blizzards I’ve ever had. They do not honor their policy of “if it’s not served upside down, the next one is free”. They don’t care about customer service or making a good product. Very disappointed.

I've been here a couple times and it's just ok. Staff are typically friendly. First time I've ever gotten a blizzard with a soda lid on it. One of those places I definitely wouldn't go out of my way to go to but if it's convenient and I want ice cream
Me and my family stopped here to eat we ordered our food through the drive through as well as a cheese curd they did not read our order back and they rang up reg fries instead of cheese curds we did not catch this until I was feeding my daughter, we went back around to get the cheese curds she asked for the receipt and it says reg fry I told her she rang it in incorrectly and told us we needed to pay the up charge which is fine and all but it’s the simple fact that you guys need to retrain your staff on customer service. Also our icecream came out half melted.

The service is sub-par. They sometimes dont understand or are not trying to understand what you're saying at the drive-thru. But expect you to understand them. There is a language barrier depending on who you get at the window. The food could be better. This place is a hit and miss on service and food.
