Had to keep repeating my order, lots of not understanding. Having to reorder. Fries barely full. A top on one blizzard but not the other. Just a bad experience overall.

I went inside to order food came in and employees were just sitting and went to the restroom and employees on there phones in there and piss every where in the bathroom and paper towels too very disgusting

They never have gravy or queso. The food is warm never hot. They’ve changed the sizes of the blizzards but keep the price. What used to be a mini is now a small and a child small is now the mini. Not worth the price at all. They cut corners at this place and the customer is the one that loses.

If you want to order from here, it’s really Inconvenient if you order inside for them. Or through the drive thru.. the employees seem to hate it here. Which is probably a factor for the service. I have had this experience too many times here, thinking it was just a bad day for someone. But it is the same every time.. 10/10 do not recommend.

I took my grandchildren here for an afternoon treat. They were out of the flavor of ice cream my granddaughter wanted. After staff saw how upset my granddaughter was about it, they went out of their way to “create” something similar. My granddaughter was so happy! Thank you for going the extra step!!
