As a CO native moved to MO I am used to absolutely amazing vibes at Dutch Bros. This location is awful. The employees alone don’t meet the normal vibes you expect from Dutch. Made the mistake of going here again after they took the whole balance on my app because there was “an issue with their system” but when I called customer service I was told that they tipped themselves. This time I went to the window so I didn’t get stuck in the drive thru line. Still ended up getting stuck because the line was so long it wrapped around to the parking lot. Even though the second lane was completely empty, there was a sign that said pick the shortest lane, and two employees taking orders that were not telling cars to move to the open lane. Save yourself the headache and go 10 minutes down the road to the Belton location- they have the right vibes.

I recently went to Dutch Bros for the 1st time! The staff was very friendly & helpful! I purchased the Palm Beach Lemonade (Pomegranate & Peach). And, it was delicious! I'll definitely be back!

The staff are always friendly and my order is always so great. On one visit this week, my puppy was with me and they offered a "pup cup" and it was the cutest treat for my dog. I'm really enjoying this location with the friendly staff and the drinks. Glad you're in Grandview.
