Very Poor experience… wife ordered the drinks through the app. I go to window to let them know I’m here as I can see there busy and the girl working the window was very rude. Saying we are not even to that order yet I work in customer service and retail. I know you are busy but no reason to be rude. Two other customer who came up and ordered after me got there drinks first with no sprinkles my wife ordered on hers. Poor experience. Poor attitude. Poor excuse. 0 stars

I absolutely love the people who work here. They are up beat, friendly, & engaging. I recently went to the next Dutch Bros down the road, for convenience only. I was so disappointed. Short staffed, stressed & frowning faces greeted me.
Lovely drink! I got the cookie butter latte, a new favorite of mine. I'm new to Dutch bros as of the last few months, but its great and cheaper than some places around. Good variety of drinks. Wouldn't recommend standing at the window when its super nice and sunny at some of the locations if youre in a rush though, can take quite awhile!

Coffee was great. But the whole two split lanes with people being told what car to follow. Doesn't work because there are people that are to self absorbed to fallow the car they were asked to witch causes your wait to be extended by at least 20 mins. There are kindergarten kids thst fallow the rules of fallow the leader better than these adults.
