Stopped for the first time today and am glad I did. Excellent donuts! Highly recommend but they sell out fast. I was there at 8:05 am and they only had a few long John’s and some fritters left.

Holt's Donuts is a fantastic donut dream full of diverse types of deliciously developed delicacies. The place may look a little run down, but I can assure you that that's because they spend their money on what really matters: making some of, if not, the best donuts I've ever had. My personal favorite is the Long John with white cream filling. The chocolate and the cream make a great flavor that pairs perfectly with the fluffy flavorful dough. I would definitely recommend Holt's Donuts for any donut-related emergencies.

I got up early today on my day off just to go get donuts from Holts. Only to get sold donuts that looked and tasted like they were made yesterday. They were dry and a little hard and crusty. I asked the cashier were the donuts fresh because they looked old like they were made yesterday. She said they were made fresh this morning. Another lady came from the back and with an attitude said everything was made fresh this morning. I went there at 5:45sm and they opened at 5.30am if those donuts were made fresh this morning then there’s no way they would have been dry, crusty, hard, and old looking that fast. When I was driving away I saw the cashier remove the tray of donuts that she sold me and added a whole tray of fresh donuts. I will not be coming back ever again. I used to be a regular customer back in the 90’s back then Holts donuts were fluffy and fresh all the time, but not anymore.

We found them on TikTok recently in our search for good donuts since we moved to the area 3 years ago. We have yet to find what we were looking for until we walked into Holt's this morning. The lady that helped us was quick and super friendly. We got a dozen donuts for very reasonable price. The cinnamon and sugar cake donut hit the spot. They were fresh and delicious! The glazed were fresh and evenly glazed as well. We will definitely be back!!

Arrived on a weekend shortly before closing (I know food places love that). I could see the whole counter but there were no donuts. The woman working said they had sold out and were closed. My life flashed before my eyes and I started to tear up. The woman, confused and vaguely afraid, produced a white box from somewhere, indicating it was all she had left. A whole family was approaching, so I said I'd buy them all, sight unseen. Just then the family came in; it was a couple with their beautiful grandchildren, ready to make sweet memories. I got to say "they're closed" and I'm not even the littlest bit sorry. I opened the box in my truck and found half a dozen perfect donuts. I contemplated about my missing husband and grandchildren and began feeding to self soothe. Possibly not the healthiest coping method but definitely the most delicious. This was a victory for singles everywhere, plus I found a fave donut shop. In the words of Michael Scott: it was a win-win-win.

This is a small "mom-n-pop" doughnut shop that has the absolute best doughnuts EVER. If you have never tried their cinnamon glazed doughnut, don't cheat yourself- HEAVENLY! Their shop makes you feel like you walked back into the 60s and they are very friendly. No pretentiousness, just absolutely delicious doughnuts!
