Spent $40 online for an order and when I came to pick it up there was only 1 cook and 2 servants with a crowd of maybe 15 They told me they could not fulfill my order (even though it was prepaid online) and to get my money back from my bank Called my bank and they told me I would have to go through the merchant Went back to the store and informed them my bank would not refund me and that I never got my food So in the end I lost $40 and I didn’t get anything I ordered I will never order from here again!!

Im sitting here with my wife at ihop in Grandview off of 71 and we’ve been here for over in hour and 45 min after we ordered our waitress came and said they are out of tortillas this is ridiculous I’ve never had poor customer service this bad

No AC, two people working in store, people leaving... then if y9ou can get past all the parking lot trash, the many huge crators inthe parking lot, you might make it. There has been an issue the last three times Ive been there. Manager usually not there.

Ordered delivery from them and I found a bread clip cooked into my pancake. Called to report this and said I could only get a refund on the pancake or a discount next time I come in. Neither are worth almost choking and dying from a bread clip so it was pointless. All I know is I won't be ordering or eating there ever again.

Went on vacation to visit my family and arrived to eat here, not only did they attend me poorly but I had to wait for about 40min to an hour to receive my meal, I don’t know if they’re understaffed or simply don’t want to make the food anymore but the service was not great at all.

We waited in the lobby for 10 minutes before being acknowledged, but were not seated. After we had waited about 15 minutes, a couple who were regulars came in and were seated immediately. We were assured that we would be taken care of, but never were. I cannot recommend this location.
