I went here by the drive thru and I order a 4 pc chicken combo and a kids meal and they forgot my mashpotato. The lady taking the order should pay more attention to make sure the order is correct and also her attitude was disrespectful.

Closed 30 minutes early, was told my mobile order had to be cancelled because “they don’t have the items in my order” and when I asked what they do have, I was ignored. Now I currently can’t get a refund because the worker never closed my order 👍

Went in for a family meal and ordered two sides of mashed potatoes and gravy and two of Mac and cheese drove 25 minutes home to see they gave me all coleslaw for sides and they have their line busy when it was dead while I was there

I've lived by this KFC for over a decade and it has been very hit or miss but the last few visits the food has been hot, fresh, and tasty. Definite improvement!
Horrible Chicken sandwich. Had to wait, park, and was told that the sandwich was fresh on to find they made a sandwich and scrapped off all the toppings I ask not be put on. Sandwich is disgusting and old.

Unfriendly staff and incomplete order. Called to get it fixed and got hang up on twice. Learn from my mistake, don't leave without double/triple checking your order is right because once you do won't be getting any help
