I just had my tooth pulled. I wrote what I wanted on a napkin. The male employee was kind & I could tell he felt my pain. 🙏🏽💜 This picture is from 8.12.2025. My toothache was a couple of years ago.

The workers were cooperative and nice, but food came out slow and you could tell things were disorganized and chaotic. I don’t blame any of the workers, the only way for a location to work are good managers which maybe this is not the case here. But the employees who helped us get our food made sure we got everything we needed and one employee on her way out wished a good day.

Normal ordering process the big thing is the chicken bucket that we ordered was to the point of being an edible because it was overcooked that bad. The sides were OK but when you spend that kind of money for a chicken dinner and we receive offerings, that’s not acceptable. The date 6-22-25 approximately 3:45 PM
Make sure your chickens not burn before you leave this place!
Is there any recourse? I doubt it think they would reach out to me I doubt it. I’d love for them to change my viewpoint sincerely, Mr. Tuttle.

Tried to order online and,,, different addresses pops up to deliver to,,, call and girl said she knew app was screwed up but,, wouldn't take orders over the phone,,, Apparently losing money is their life goal

The chicken was soggy for my chicken littles like they had been sitting there for over an hour, sloppy, made for sure sauce everywhere, not even basically on the bun itself. French fries, fresh hot, strawberry pops, pastries amazing, but they're mashed potato paupers= every single one that I opened. Or it's hollow very overfried

Ordered at kiosk, only options for receipt are email or phone number ( so they can sell your info) after 30 minutes i ask about my food and they handed me some random order no were close to what I ordered. Asked for my order and thet started arguing and going threw the food for 10 minutes so I left with nothing. Garbage employees

The lady at the drive-thru was absolutely terrible and rude. She should not even have a job there! Never even got my order as they never prepared it. I won’t ever go back to this KFC! If KFC is ok with people like that working for them then I will stay away from all. Yes my experience was that bad at this place!

I went here by the drive thru and I order a 4 pc chicken combo and a kids meal and they forgot my mashpotato. The lady taking the order should pay more attention to make sure the order is correct and also her attitude was disrespectful.

Closed 30 minutes early, was told my mobile order had to be cancelled because “they don’t have the items in my order” and when I asked what they do have, I was ignored. Now I currently can’t get a refund because the worker never closed my order 👍
