Currently waiting in the drive-thru for over 25 minutes because they want to close the lobby an hour and a half before closing and force everyone to wait in this ridiculously long line of cars. I placed an order on line and should have been in & out but instead I am spending my evening waiting in a 15+ car deep line.
Finally got my “pick-up” order however it was not fresh since they made us wait and I’m highly disappointed in the service provided. Got home just to discover my order was wrong too!

Just got drive thru from this branch. I decided to go with a plate with chow mein & kung pao chicken + honey walnut shrimp. Everything tastes as expected with Panda Express but the chow mein they gave me had about 5 strands of noodles and the rest were veggies. It felt very much like I was eating a salad instead of chow mein. Maybe they were running low when I ordered…

My husband and I wanted some fast food this evening so we dropped into panda express in Grandview. We were greeted with a huge smile from Adlee who then helped us with our order. She was such a pleasant person. Our order was rang up by Keenia. Another fantastic girl! Those two young ladies made our visit so memorable I actually ran back inside to get their names. Great team! Good food!

The food I was just served is about the closest thing to dog poop I have ever eaten, plus they shorted me an entire entree that I paid extra for. Don't waste your time or money going here.
They run out of things all the time, especially on the weekend, when they should be active, bad for the store managers.

I've been going to this panda express location for a few years now regularly, and it was a consistently meh panda location. However, recently I have noticed that for some reason the service and experience has improved tenfold. The last several times I have been here the service was nothing short of surprising, in regards to it coming from a fast food restaurant. The staff are friendly and inviting, welcoming you in, and the portions they give seem much larger than they used to be. The food is hot and delicious, the establishment is clean, and I find it very difficult to come up with some complain of note.
This location is delivering one of the - if not the - best fast food experiences I have ever seen, and I commend whoever has made these changes.
