My husband and I wanted some fast food this evening so we dropped into panda express in Grandview. We were greeted with a huge smile from Adlee who then helped us with our order. She was such a pleasant person. Our order was rang up by Keenia. Another fantastic girl! Those two young ladies made our visit so memorable I actually ran back inside to get their names. Great team! Good food!

I've been going to this panda express location for a few years now regularly, and it was a consistently meh panda location. However, recently I have noticed that for some reason the service and experience has improved tenfold. The last several times I have been here the service was nothing short of surprising, in regards to it coming from a fast food restaurant. The staff are friendly and inviting, welcoming you in, and the portions they give seem much larger than they used to be. The food is hot and delicious, the establishment is clean, and I find it very difficult to come up with some complain of note.
This location is delivering one of the - if not the - best fast food experiences I have ever seen, and I commend whoever has made these changes.
Was absolutely looking forward to a delicious meal, but you gave me whatever was left instead of honoring my online order or asking me what I would like instead. You refuse to appreciate my hard earned twelve dollars?? All right, we'll see how that works out for you.

Love their egg rolls, most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rest of the items I've tried there are ok but not great. But will always go back for the eggrolls. I've only ever used the drive thru and they are pretty quick.

I have ordered delivery from this Panda express multiple times and have received the wrong order more times than I would like. My most recent order was not the right meal. I am not sure how this can happen, but if you really want food from here it might be better to just go in person instead of hoping the Russian roulette of whatever is managing the delivery orders happens to get you right.

Purchased big plate including rice, chow mein, orange chicken and being beef and it had my stomach messed up for 2 days. And now my friend saying he just ate there and now his stomach is messed up smfh. We won’t be eating there again I never had this problem eating at a Panda Express.
