Worst experience ever! We went through the drive thru and they had us pull around to bring the order out after they cooked it. It was at least 15 min before my husband went inside only to find we watched them wait on people in the restaurant and still did not hand ours ready. Then we had to stand there and wait another 10 min only to find that the rest of our meals had already been boxed up sitting there getting cold. Like WTH is that? Do better Panda at Truman Corners

Panda Express Truman Corners Fast and Friendly!

My teammate and I recently stopped by the new Panda Express location in Truman Corners, and I was impressed by how fast and efficient the service was. Even though I didn't order anything myself, my friend's order was taken and filled quickly. The staff was friendly and the whole process was seamless. It's a great spot for a quick and easy meal!

I had only eaten at panda express one time when they first came into the area and I didn't like it.But I thought, why not give it another try... Big big mistake the orange Chicken should have been called orange breading with gristle. No chicken it was horrible! Then the the crab rangoon ordered well, it was only half cooked.It was not even edible, needless to say, I'll stand by my opinion from before Panda Express, it's horrible food. I spent over eleven dollars on a bowl.That was thrown in the trash.

Stop to get me some lunch. Have not had Panda Express in a long time. I went inside. I waited in line at least 10 to 12 minutes before I was service. This is the second time I've gone inside and I have to wait an extended amount of time to be served. Their process is that they do online orders and drive through orders. I believe the lady working in the front counter has the front counter and online orders. It's just too long of a wait to do that. They need to have that sectioned off to where someone else is doing that rather than the front line worker. Then you have to wait for food to be replenished as well. Anyway my dish was very delicious.

The time and service was fine but I ordered A bigger plate. Comes with 3 entrees and one side. I asked for a mix of white rice & fried rice for the side. Grilled chicken, walnut shrimp, and Beijing beef for the entrees. Instead I got fried rice, chow mein, walnut shrimp, and grilled chicken. Where is my beef that I upgraded for? My white rice? Also the noodles, that i didn't order, was all mixed in with the fried rice so I cant even enjoy it now.

Today i pulled in. The store was closed 2 hours early. Went through drive thru. Asked for the freshest food because the store was closed before time i usually like to see my food before i order. I got there before 830. Pm. All the food was old and stale. I ordered 2 egg rolls payed for 2. Only received one. The crab ragoon was trash.The beef and broccoli is dry. No sauce. Seen the employees laughing and playing.. I spent 20$ to throw in the trash. I will never be back.

I’ve been to this location several times now and every time I’m waiting for my PICK-UP order to be made. I placed an order yesterday before I left work, then went and ran another errand and then went and picked up my food and yet again when I arrive they haven’t even started making the food. I proceed to wait forever in the drive thru and then one of the associates asks me to pull to the front of the store and they will bring my order out. Pull to the front of the store and wait another 10 minutes, I decide to go inside to see what’s going on and my order is sitting there not made. All the food options are available and there skipping over my order continuously to make other peoples orders. What is the point of pick up orders If you don’t start on it until the customer arrives?

Currently waiting in the drive-thru for over 25 minutes because they want to close the lobby an hour and a half before closing and force everyone to wait in this ridiculously long line of cars. I placed an order on line and should have been in & out but instead I am spending my evening waiting in a 15+ car deep line.

Finally got my ā€œpick-upā€ order however it was not fresh since they made us wait and I’m highly disappointed in the service provided.
Got home just to discover my order was wrong too!

If you like rock solid orange chicken come here :) they got the best I mean THE BEST hard rock solid orange chicken. Definitely must try if you got that loose tooth you're trying to take off/
