Ordered pizza for delivery at 4:30 and received a very cold and disappointing pizza at nearly 6. Will not be ordering Papa John’s for the foreseeable future

This place is trash! Every other location has better times and service! Placed an online order and was told order was ready for pickup! Waited at the drive through window over 30 minutes! Will never come back or recommend this location!

The last two times we have been here the service has been HORRIBLE. It's takes forever to get acknowledged, even when you are the only customer there. The lady working the drive thru today just opened the window and stared. No hello, no how can I help you. The boneless wings were soggy and cold, the pizza was ok. We are gonna stick with the Pizza Hut across the street. They've been solid for the two years I've lived here. They've gotten even better since they moved to a new building. I don't expect to be treated like royalty when I come here, but a simple hello we will be right with you is not a big ask. Where is management? I work really hard for my money, I won't spend it here again.

There is no dine in here, so atmosphere isn't really an issue. Pizza is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, other times the pizza is has large bubbles and is chewy. The staff has always been nice and generally they are pretty fast

I had an issue with an online order. The GM, Nate, handled it like a Pro. I have 25 years of experience working in Customer Service, and Nate is a rarity these days. He was friendly, handled my issue with a genuine conern, went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, and I had my food Delivered just over 20 minutes later. Bravo!!! Nate deserves a raise, because he is everything you'd want to find in a GM!!! ?

My pizza had some weird stringy green stuff baked into it
This store is HORRIBLE! I ordered a build your own, up to 5 toppings, pizza delivery through the Papa app. The shape of the pizza was distorted and all of the toppings slid completely off half of the pizza. It was undercooked. I tried to stop the delivery driver but couldn't find him when I went outside so I called the store and told them I wanted my pizza remade and delivered. He said no problem, it'd take about 25 minutes for me to get it. I waited an entire hour and finally called the manager back and asked where my order was. It was a different manager then I spoke with previously. He claimed that the door dash driver stole my pizza and that it happens all the time but he'd go ahead and remake it again and have it delivered. I said that I just wanted a refund at this point cuz it'd already been 2 hours since I initially made the order. He then said that he's not authorized to refund me and that I'd have to contact customer service to be refunded. Didn't sound right or reasonable so I asked for the first managers name. He refused to give me his name and said that he'd take responsibility for it and that his name is Aric Shrey (his spelling) I again asked for the original managers name who first said that he would remake my order and send it to me. He kept refusing and said that I should get my money back, but I have to contact customer service because he's not authorized to refund. So, I called customer service and they said the store has to refund me, not them. All they can do is call the store with my complaint and try to get them to refund my money. Customer service then called the store and talked with "Aric" and he denied my request for refund. It wasn't a request!!! Now, upper management is supposed to call me back within 48 hours. So, awful service, the managers and employees are thieves and liars, and I'm still hungry, cuz they stole the last $35 to my name. Be forwarned.
