AVOID!! I Repeat DO NOT GO! some of the slowest service I've ever experienced. Cold pizza multiple people disappointed. Just wow. I'm more impressed on how horrible it's managed than anything.

Scheduled a 6:30pm delivery on app at 5:00pm on a Wednesday night, with the obvious understanding that time is an estimate. Received a notification 10 minutes after scheduled delivery time that a doordash driver would be picking up order and estimated delivery was not until 7:23pm. I've worked at a pizza place, no excuse for this experience. No communication from papa murphys and no concern for customer service.

Just place an order on the 22 august 2023 and it’s so disappointing experience. First time and last one for me here. First it took about 2 hours to the delivery guys to show up what make my orders cold a the first place. then I open my orders and realized that my pizza was baked too much which I could even eat it for my hunger. This grandview store is the worst so far and I would not recommend that to anyone.
