pizza hut on 71 in Grandview does not do their own deliveries. they failed to tell us when we ordered delivery that they would only deliver if a door dash driver was available in our area. they just stated that our pizza would be delivered by 815. when we called to follow up at 830 they said they would not make the pizza until a door dash driver was available. we opted to pick up and then had to ask for the delivery charges to be refunded. when I went in to ask for a discount...read full review
Getting the order right would be a start, then receiving a hot pizza since ours was cold, nasty, and greasy. Waited over an hour for this mess. Pizza toppings were all wrong, I hate pepperoni and it was covered in pepperoni....how you get Pinapple and Pepperoni wrong I'll never know. Ordered 2 liter, that was wrong, and the boneless chicken wings were awful. oh and their website says open until midnight and i called even before 11 pm and they weren't answering!
