I had a delivery order that was handled extremely poor. The incompetent delivery driver didn't have the descency to hand me the pizza. He sat it on my steps & left. He even never rang the doorbell. The only reason I knew my pizza was there was because my door camera alerted me & recorded his actions. The pizza can from the 71hwy Pizza Hut in Grandview,MO. Sad Sad service & the pizza was not good!!!

pizza hut on 71 in Grandview does not do their own deliveries. they failed to tell us when we ordered delivery that they would only deliver if a door dash driver was available in our area. they just stated that our pizza would be delivered by 815. when we called to follow up at 830 they said they would not make the pizza until a door dash driver was available. we opted to pick up and then had to ask for the delivery charges to be refunded. when I went in to ask for a discount they wouldn't even listen to me and were rude. I didn't expect not to pay but did expect to be compensated for the extra hour we had to wait and the gas we used to pick up the pizza. like seriously they could have offered a discount or a coupon for future purchase.

This place is the absolute worst! Can’t place an order online and tried calling but have been on hold for 15+ minutes! Then after waiting on hold forever I get told they’re out of pizza crust…. How the heck does a PIZZA place not have pizza crust?!

Definitely horrible costumer service! Would never come here again, The employee with glasses was disgusting dripping sweat on everyone’s pizza that he was making & didn’t switch gloves.

Ordered 3 items only got 2. After 2 calls to their "help" line I just request a full refund and cancel.Original order delivered only 2 of my 3 items and shoved it in my hands and said "you need to contact the business to resolve any problems" (they can't even provide their own delivery drivers anymore). Then I called the provided number and got someone trying to take my order. After explaining the problem and relaying my frustration they put me on hold for over 10 minutes with no explanation. When I got off hold I finally spoke to a "manager" that refunded the missed pizza and would send another one to be delivered in 30 min.After an hour I called back and just requested to speak to a manager to which I cancelled my order.A complete lack of service and accountability.
