Walked in, ordered family sized chicken strips with 2 sides and 2 other meals. There were a dozen young people working- trying to do their best job but obviously distracted by each other and having a hard time concentrating on the customer. We took our bagged order, got to our destination and it was a box full of chicken parts and not chicken strips. We were 15 miles away by then . However, the Mac and cheese was really good.
We had a great experience today. Had ordered wings but didn’t realize we chose the wrong thing. I went inside to remedy the situation and the young man who helped me was very helpful, explained what was going on, and gave me a new item that was more to my preference. I appreciate the good customer service since it’s often not the case at many places. The food was hot and delicious
Chicken tenders were great enjoyed them first time ever having them.
But my single service beans and rice was only half full it's already a single serving.
