Best pizza for miles, hands down. Great staff and wonderful food. You can come in and grab a big slice any time. If you haven't tried it, get the Sicilian style. It's so good.

This place has the best gluten free crust for Detroit style and even regular style HANDS DOWN. What you get for what you pay is exceptional.
If they ever take away the Detroit style GF crust... I will riot.

I appreciate the delicious pizza, although I am disappointed that some of my favorite options, such as the "nice slice," have been removed from the menu. The cherry salad is also a personal favorite of mine.

However, during my last visit, I encountered an unfortunate issue with an online order. I placed an order for three large pizzas and a full cherry salad. Since I reside approximately 20 minutes away, it is quite inconvenient for me to travel to your establishment. Upon arriving home, I immediately consumed the pizzas. Later that evening, I intended to enjoy the cherry salad but discovered that the lettuce was spoiled.

I contacted the establishment and spoke with the same young lady who had provided me with my order. She expressed her apologies and informed me that I would receive a refund of $12 for the salad, which would be processed within a few days. Regrettably, it has been two weeks since this conversation, and I have yet to receive the refund.

In retrospect, I acknowledge that I should have immediately returned the salad upon discovering its condition. Nevertheless, I kindly request that you reinforce the importance of inspecting salads before customers depart with their orders. I have retained photographic evidence of the spoiled salad, which I would be happy to provide if necessary.

Nobody explained how to order it was very confusing. Sausage on the pizza was spicy. Garlic knots were barely lukewarm and very chewy like they had been sitting out for awhile. Pizza was extremely greasy. Ordered half salads ended up getting a full salads. All in all very disappointed.

The food is amazing. The ordering process makes me want to give up and go elsewhere every time. They discontinued some of the most basic choices like barbecue chicken and added weird options that almost nobody is probably ordering. If I want to go order on their website right now chicken is not an option (found out they no longer have regular chicken, just breaded..still trying to make sense of this. )
Tried to call nobody answers (finally got someone to answer..editing after my call in order). Try to order on doordash, Barbecue sauce is not an option so I can't order a basic barbecue chicken pizza because I can't put all the ingredients together on one area. As of right now, the only options on their website to order from meat on a 12-in custom is all pork. We don't eat pork. So now I either have the option of choosing somewhere else (which means I have to go look at reviews and find a whole different pizza place), go with Southside Mafia who does no pork, or I have to drive all the way over there and try to order in person and sit and wait. I really wish that they would make their ordering options consistent across all platforms, and not discontinue popular pizzas/ingredients to add pizzas that sound unappetizing.

I originally had 2 stars because I'm that frustrated. We fell in love with this place then they took away all of our pizzas and options (except mine because Im basic w/extra cheese). Had to add more because whoever took my order was AWESOME! She was patient and helped me get my pizza life together. Super sweet, an instant mood changer. (Their team members are typically on point with customer service. Always a good experience. )

I loved the pizza here! I went back like three days in a row. They sell by the slice and they also have a great lunch deal! The indoor seating area is kind of small though.

I tried several pizzas and a half garden salad. I just forgot to take pictures of some of the visits.

The pizza is decent…but the service staff really ruined our experience. First thing when we came in (more than an hour before close) we noticed that one particularly grumpy server was slamming chairs on top of tables and shutting down most of the restaurant. When we ordered, the staff who clearly did not want to make additional pizzas, told us they were out of a certain style crust. We found out later that they weren’t out (they made one for a man who ordered after us after the manager appeared). They have a station for pouring your own water. It sat empty the entire time and every person that came to the counter was told to “get it themselves” and one server rolled her eyes at me when I pointed out it was empty. Each time we ordered a new beer we had to wait a few minutes before a person decided helping us was more important than completing a closing duty. Overall, the general attitude was “get out of the restaurant, I want to go home”. It didn’t make it an enjoyable experience and the food couldn’t make up for it. I don’t want to go back. Bummer.

We've been to Providence several times since my boyfriend moved to Grandview and it's definitely our favorite local pizza spot! Every style of pizza tastes authentic to its style and the ingredients are super fresh and high quality. We love the NY style pizza and the garlic knots the most! Highly recommend!

I loved the pizza, and started coming back for more. My first time there, I was able to order a slice of pizza and salad with my cousin. So I started coming back and was able to buy pizza by the slice and even call it in, but the last time I came back I was told I had to buy a whole pizza and that I no longer could get pizza by the slice. I was confused as to why things had changed. Slices are pretty big...The person that told me was pretty abrupt about it too. Pizza by the slice is on the questions below as well. Really weird.....

Sort of disappointed with how it went today. Our order was forgotten and when I did get my pizza it was pretty overcooked. Maybe new staff? Complete difference compare to the other yummy slice.

First off I wanna say my first time going was awesome good food good service 5 stars.so with that being said I decided to take 6 people to this location last night.the nice lady that took our order was awesome but the server that brought out our food gave us one pizza and took our second to another table,so we had to wait another 30 mins for our second pizza which by that time the first was cold.finally we get our pizza and was given a free cheese pizza for the wait.everybody that ate last night woke up with a horrible stomach ache and diarrhea.the second time was nothing like the first.I think I’m gonna have to pass on the free pizza coupon we was given
