Pulled up to drive through speaker, sat there for five minutes and no one answered. Pulled around to a speaker, waited another five minutes before I was able to place an order. There was one car next to me ordering. Then spent about twenty minutes waiting to receive my order. Spent $26 plus a four dollar tip for food to be wrong. By the time I got home food was cold and then realized it was wrong. I live two blocks away. I was already late because of how long it took so I called to see if they could take down my name to fix my order since I had no time to come back for the correct order. Employee said we don't do that, come back now. Told them again I could not, he told me to keep the burrito. Yes, let me keep a breakfast burrito until tomorrow or the next day because you couldn't get an order with two burritos correct. This sonic has disappointed before, we've given it a few chances but this is the outcome every time. We lived right by this sonic for three years and never had one order completed correctly. We give up.

I purchased a double cheese burger which was good no problem but when I got the fries they were hard and uneatable which means I had to toss over a box of the large size fries I asked for. Only the top of the box was edible but the midway and lower parts were all hard as if they just gave me some sitting in the bin. I always have something negative to say about the food from sonics I have yet to get a decent meal complete and as ordered and fresh. Service was good The employees were responding with good service but the fries and they were my favorite type too. Not satisfied

Why does this Sonic, of all the Sonics, water down their lemonade so much that it just takes like water with lemon in it? Why can't this Sonic keep staff?

I never review anything on google but not only did we never get our food (a burger and a pretzel.) but after waiting 30 minutes for the car in front of us to get their food (which we never witnessed) we decided to leave as 3 cars behind us each lined up, got tired of waiting and were smart enough to leave after 5-10 minutes of no movement. It’s 3pm and Lord knows it’s not that busy so I’m not sure what the hold up is constantly. What’s even more annoying is sonics google review responses which offer no help whatsoever. No one wants to call and escalate a claim. Do something about it yourself.

Supersonic burger was somehow overcooked to the point of being crunchy, but not even hot enough to melt the cheese. Unfortunately, I was already too far away to take it back by the time I noticed. Disappointing.
Horrible customer service sat in the drive thru window for damn near 15 mins and then Nicole comes to the window asking “ what are we waiting for “ customer service while we sat and watched them play I advise nobody to come to this sonics horrible training and customer service

Second time to this location and each experience has been positive. First time i tried a breakfast sandwich and the most recent visit i purchase a burger special!
The slowest sonic in America. They are very consistent though - consistent in unexplainably long delays (30 minute wait on a 3 item order), consistent in getting your order wrong, consistent in poor service from staff ( all 3 people delivering food wearing uniforms that were stained and appeared unwashed) and consistent in not responding to complaints.
Go out of your way to go to a different location, I promise it will be worth it!
