I am sharing this with the general public up on my arrival at sonic. I waited in line almost 15 minutes with no one in front of me and with placing the order they had it wrong and also trust me way more than what they should’ve been for two number five ordersof choice $30. Well it shouldn’t have rained up over $20. of choice $30. Well it shouldn’t have rained up over $20.25 at the most. as the appearance, I would never come to this sonicagain..

My boyfriend & I came to order some ice cream this evening, we placed our order at 9:30pm, nobody else was here .. all stalls were empty & and nobody in the drive thru.. we pushed the button at 10:15pm to ask what was going on and THE GIRL FORGOT ABOUT US.. I was in complete shock. Then 10 mins later, when she brought it out.. she was rude as hell.

This needs to be shut down waited for a hour. Food was cold, cashier gave us someone else’s order that was behind us in the drive thru and the drinks tasted like baking soda. Spent all that money for our meals to be a total disaster

I made a pick up order, got there 20 mins before they closed just for the man to say they don’t have my order. After it said the store CONFIRMED IT AND WAS PREPARING IT. I had the receipt, proof of purchase and everything, but he refused to give me the TWO drinks I ordered. Made me call customer support, closed the store and REFUSED to answer the phone for the support team. He was unprofessional and rude, didn’t even try to solve the issue. Just wanted time until they closed so thy wouldn’t have to make the order.
LAZY WORKER AND TERRIBLE SERVICE. I don’t recommend coming here.

2nd time in the past 3 weeks I have been to this location. Always order on app. 1st time waited over 15 minutes for a route 44 cherry limeade, no limes or cherries. today, fast service but again no cherries or limes in my large cherry limeade.
