The customer service is great. For some reason I just can’t get my drink right. I ask for no mocha and 2 pumps of caramel. I get a full mocha drink. I’m on my 15 minute break so I am in a bit of a rush. I pay 50 cents for caramel crunch and can not get any to save my life. I got the drink the way I asked maybe twice and I loved it. I just can’t seem to get it anymore. I just think the associates should pay attention to the request made even if it’s through the app.

Both ladies were so nice and really helped me through what I needed, as I am a novice with Starbucks. They were so polite and professional. They are located inside Price Chopper. The employees and their area were nice and clean. Their parking lot and store are handicapped accessible. The area seemed safe. I will definitely be back!

Came into this location specifically for Veterans Day coffee. Was served by Frida who seemed ‘put off’ by the fact that she had no idea that Veterans are served a free coffee for the holiday. When I finally convinced her it was ‘indeed’ a free beverage (by showing her the Starbucks website) she seemed even more agitated. I guess no love for Veterans at this location. No ‘thank you for your service’ or even a plain ‘thank you.’ What an ugly generation of young folks.

The meats are not quality. The ground beef is ground FAT, I can get better quality meats from Aldi. The 80% lean ground beef was horrible!
