I FOUND A BAT IN MY SANDWICH! It was delicious.
Not like it used to be. Less food more money. Double meat was like a regular meat & they have blocked the sandwich making station so you can't see what is happening

Went in and asked for something on the menu the guy was very rude and I felt like he didn't know what he was doing. He seemed to be wanting to be done making it and after he had finished making my food I looked at the menu and saw that he missed more than half the things on there. So I told him he was missing a lot and had to further tell him everything he needed to put on the food. Now given I tell him all the things but still the food is missing things that were supposed to be on the meal. This is why I give a 1 star

Went and ordered a 6 inch Spicy Italian from this place which took no time at all. I believe it was Vi who took my order. She did great. Thank you for asking what kind of cheese that I wanted, and if I wanted it toasted. The only thing I'm on the fence is the tables. I went in to sit down, but a couple of tables were a little bit dirty. Not a huge deal but something I noticed. Good experience overall.

No customer service, acted like I didn’t exist when I walked in , wouldn’t take my order and said they had mobile orders that came in before me? Um okay? Waiting around and no one took my order but made sandwiches. Terrible management terrible store

Making a sandwich is simple. Customer goes online, input what they want, or gets read and put together. They are all wrapped up, and you own at home to find out they can't properly read the order and make your sandwich wrong.

Just went there, there was an employee sitting outside when we walked in no one was behind the counter and sat there trying to get someone’s attention for 5 mins then the employee from outside comes in sees us and doesn’t alert anyone just sits there and ignores us so we left. Horrible customer service.

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE MOBILE APP!! We placed an order through the app and went to pick it up. I ordered the cold cut sandwich and I only got bologna on it. They are skimping on the ingredients! Don't waste your money going here.

When I visited this location last Friday night at 7 pm, all the employees who were working ran to the back room and did not come back out to take my order. They did not greet me when I came into their location. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. One employee came out and asked me what I wanted and I said that I wanted to order. She then went back and did not come out. I noticed that the food was not being replenished and not covered, with food debris on the countertops. Whoever manages this location needs to make sure their employees are working and waiting on customers. I went to the Subway on 150 Highway and spent $80.00 a few minutes later. Don't go to the Blue Ridge Subway!

Placed an online order. When I received my sandwiches they mixed up the cold ingredients on the sandwiches and when I brought them back they made it seem like I was lying and when I tried to show them the sandwiches and the receipt they gave me a lot of attitude and were not nice about it. They were also training a new girl and were very rude to her. She may have messed up but they were talking about her behind her back and were just nasty. Food was fixed but dang I don’t see why they needed to be rude about it to me or to the new girl. When I received my food though they changed their attitude and were nice when I left. Very confusing visit.
