I used to enjoy this subway but unfortunately they are under new management. The new child manager is that super rude employee from the Blue Ridge Subway. The (of course) had no bread, no meat, nothing for me they just sent me out the door. This is 2 in the afternoon, mind you. There was rap music blaring with curse words. Despicable

Almost every time I order. They are out of something. No olives one week, no spinach the next. Today they were out of 'toasted'! That being said, I love this Subway. Easy in and out experience.
The employees are great! Friendly and remember the customer!

Don’t know her name, but she’s a heavyset black woman with glasses and a clipped up weave bun/ponytail. She got an attitude with me because I told her I didn’t want double cheese on my sandwich. She acted as if I waited until she put the second layer on it to tell her and I didn’t. I stopped her as soon as she started to try to put the 5th slice on there. She was super rude. Then she says to her coworker “I already have my attitude I don’t need yours.” Her coworker didn’t even do anything to her. She’s very rude and I’m glad at subway you can watch her make the food because she’s nasty inside and out. I wouldn’t trust her to make orders for drive thru people. She might get mad and destroy their food.

When I tell your this is one of the nicest Subways!! The young men at this location are so professional and clean! I've been to other locations where this was NOT the case. Keep up the good work at this location!!

Every single time I go to the drive thru they never answer! No customers at all will be inside either. Go inside to order and they are sooo slow.

Can't follow simple comments. When you say something they are rude and stand there like they can't understand English. Also didn't heat cheese with bacon because autocorrect put hear instead of heat. Oh wait they actually just didn't read that till I called them on not wrapping them separately

Girl behind counter acted like she was mad having to work

I went inside this location to order and this girl with black hair in a ponytail was talking on her cellphone the whole time while I was ordering and barely spoke two words to me. I'm surprised she got my order right by how distracted she was with her phone. Thankfully the food tasted alright, but staff like her need to be retrained in customer service.

We were the only cystomers at the Subway. They asked us to hold on and about 5 minutes later, we said "hello?". The kid actually forgot we were there. The rest of the interaction was wild and the flat bread sandwhich was a tortilla. Probably shouldn't come to work high ?

Went in to order a 6-inch Spicy Italian. Maia was the one that took my order and she did an amazing job. Asked me if I wanted it toasted, which I said no, but I'm glad she gave me that option. She really seemed to know what she was doing. The inside looked pretty lively. Food is great. Very Solid Establishment. Will be back
