Girl behind counter acted like she was mad having to work

I went inside this location to order and this girl with black hair in a ponytail was talking on her cellphone the whole time while I was ordering and barely spoke two words to me. I'm surprised she got my order right by how distracted she was with her phone. Thankfully the food tasted alright, but staff like her need to be retrained in customer service.

We were the only cystomers at the Subway. They asked us to hold on and about 5 minutes later, we said "hello?". The kid actually forgot we were there. The rest of the interaction was wild and the flat bread sandwhich was a tortilla. Probably shouldn't come to work high ?

Went in to order a 6-inch Spicy Italian. Maia was the one that took my order and she did an amazing job. Asked me if I wanted it toasted, which I said no, but I'm glad she gave me that option. She really seemed to know what she was doing. The inside looked pretty lively. Food is great. Very Solid Establishment. Will be back

Never gave me a complete order
Very disappointed.I always get the same simple sub. (Italian bread, Tuna and Sweet Onion sauce).Tonight waited 20mins in line, ordered my sub but the Sweet Onion was dark in color. The sandwich artist told me it's the Sweet Onion TERIYAKI. I told the gentleman I wanted Sweet Onion. He told me that's all he sees. I asked did they change it to the Teriyaki as the new sauce. He said he doesn't know, he doesn't eat here.Well, the sandwich was made, so I paid.Took a bite and it was disgusting. The Sweet Onion goes nice on the Tuna..but the new Teriyaki addition ruined it.I don't know when or why they'd get rid of a classic popular sauce but that's the only thing I get at Subway, if I can't get it how I've been ordering it for the last 15Years+, and now how to eat with Teriyaki, I'll pass.

One of your employees tried to scam me through the doordash system last night. I thought it was weird you had that many people working on a Sunday evening and a car just sitting outside. I used to work at this location. You should take a look at your cameras from last night though.

The food tastes like every other subway and is good. But they never make my sandwich right when I order online. I've been like 10 times and 6 of the times my sandwich had ingredients I did not order or missing ones. They almost always forget my cookie. Today I went back in to get the cookie they forgot. After she handed it to me I left and as I was leaving she said "you're welcome". Idk I shouldn't have to say thanks twice every time I go in to this location because they constantly forget. They are always missing something too.
