Kind of a bummer here. Informed only kiosk orders. No help at all. Stood at counter 45min before being told only orders through kiosk. I have not been to taco bell in a bit but not impressed by any means. I get its fast food and expectations are not high to begin with. Better management might be a good start.

dying of hunger after a 10 hour shift and put in an online order for drive thru - they gave me my correct drink so I assumed the whole order was correct NOPE was given a whole different order with a burrito with literally beans sour cream and red sauce and a plain chalupa, I didn’t realize till I got home and my $12 is down the drain. crashing out rn.
