It was a good experience overall. The wait was a little bit long even though I was the only person there. But I did have a rather big order and there was only one employee working at the time so I think they did a pretty good job. My order was accurate,
Got the $7.00 box and catalina chicken bowl. Everything was good except the cinnamon twists was ransid. It tasted bad and smelled bad. It was not edible. My boyfriend had to spit it out and drink a lot of soda pop to get the taste out of his mouth. I started trying it but could not as it smelled so bad. I am not sure how the server couldn't smell it. It made us sick. Rancid oil...nasty and unhealthy. I believe one other time the chips were bad but nothing compares to this. I would rate zero but the other food items were good. Just wish I knew before hitting the drive-thru. Get home and find out the disappointment. We will not go back.
I love this place. Just get off of work? Taco Bell. Drunk? Taco Bell. Hung over? Taco Bell. Boy let you down? Taco Bell. It’s also the closest fast food place to my house. I’ve been coming to this location for years. The workers are always super nice and always get my order right. Thank you guys for all that you do. ?

Update! Mexican pizza is now the only classic thing they have left besides tacos and burritos bean and supreme! This new double decker taco is gross. A complete waste of money, I can't believe they've gotten so lame. This Taco Bell on red bridge road has got to be THE WORST TRACK BELL IN THE NATION!!! THE. WORST. No wonder the drive-thru at McDonald's was packed while at taco bell there was no one in line or at the window or even inside eating. Can't they see they're destroying taco bell with these stupid menu changes that nobody wants! Meximelt-gone. Mini chicken quesadilla- gone. Chili cheese burrito- gone. Double decker taco- gone and replaced with a lookalike that's filled only with half a teaspoon of beef and a 1/4 cup of those red and purple and yellow crispy strips that they add to rip you off. They even tried to get rid of the Mexican pizza! Someone is clearly doing their best to run TB into the grave next to block buster.

Taco shell was very very stale. The self-service kiosk was broken and couldn't get anyone to take my order for a good five mins. Will not be returning to this taco bell

First off, I love Taco Bell, the food and the brand. That said, this is the worst taco bell. I usually order through the app and a lot of times they can't fulfill my order because their computer systems aren't working and they aren't able to sell me food or they're straight up out of ingredients. When they do manage to produce food they often get the order wrong and they hoard the hot sauces like it's fort Knox. If a few hot sauce packets are going to break your bottom line you're doing it wrong. Ps there is a Taco Bell in Austin on jollyville road and they are perfect and have never done anything wrong and they all deserve a raise.
