I had my order Door Dashed to me. The driver left my pozole. The restaurant called me and informed me of this. I called the driver and texted the driver. No answer. He told me to report it. I was refunded. I called the restaurant and informed them that the driver wasn't coming and how sorry I was to waste ingredients. The man at restaurant called back and asked if I still want the pozole because he didn't want me to miss out on enjoying it. He was willing to drive it to me. If I had cash, I would've let him and he wouldve had a huge tip. That is great customer service! I enjoyed my small birria pizza 😋

If you're looking for a true authentic experience this is the place to go. I can't say more about the tacos they are so good and taco Tuesdays are a great deal. They have specials everyday and Thursday is a burrito is great as well.

I got the vegan torta and my partner tried the vegetarian burrito. Portions were huge and generous for their size. We both weren't really a big fan of the food though. The main flavor in the torta was from the bread and the meat - the veggies couldve been thicker cut to add more flavor but the other things were a bit too overpowering with their salt. The complimentary chips and salsa were yummy as was the house margarita. Service was very fast and friendly. I would probably be back to try something else as the menu had me debating over a few things.
The food here is amazing! Very authentic. I was a bit disappointed in their fajitas but the other food made up for it. Highly recommend enchiladas with green sauce. I have been to Mexico 3 times and the enchiladas here are much better than any I’ve had there!

WHO CARES ABOUT THE FOOD IF THE STAFF IS RACIST?!
When I began to place my order, I was the only customer in the restaurant. As I was telling the cashier what I wanted a guy door-dashing came in the restaurant.
The woman behind the counter, a short heavy-set woman with glasses, STOPPED taking my order and proceeded to help the delivery driver first. I was literally mid sentence when she cut me off to speak to someone who wasn't even in the building when I began the order!

I live far from Grandview, but this place is worth the drive. The chips and salsa were so flavorful and fresh. I had a mushroom tamale and a huitlacoche street taco, which were both extremely good. The server was very pleasant. All the food others ordered, vegetarian and otherwise, looked amazing. Would love to try their many other veggie street tacos. Highly recommend!

I lived in LA for years, but this is the best vegan Mexican food I have had outside of Mexico City. I had the soy pastor huaraches and tofu tacos and couldn’t shut up about how amazing it was with every bite. Already can’t wait to come back and try more.

It has a dedicated Vegan and regular menu! The art work on the walls were as amazing as the food on my plater! The house salsa was on the hot side but the perfect consistency for dipping! Will. Be. Baaaaaaack!

I ordered a street taco chicken and chicken nachos. The chicken was dry and the nachos chips were burnt.
Horrible experience. Went last week excited to try the vegan menu. It was bland and try. First, we were told we could have a seat but all the tables were dirty and we had to wait for them to be wiped down. I tried the Gordito with tofu. I couldn't tell if I had the right order. There was lettuce and just cheese. The tofu was not fried or seasoned just smeared across the top. I even asked for an extra side of sour cream and cheese to spruce it up. The sour cream was chunk and choppy, not smooth or tasteful at all. And I'm not sure if it was vegan blue cheese or moldy cheese. I tried eating it with the rice and black beans, which was seasoned to perfection, and nothing could help it. Even the cup of water was funky. My partner had something from the non-vegan menu and enjoyed everything except for the fact that the shrimp still had their shell on! Why would the shell still be on if it is being mixed in like fajita toppings?!
His food actually tasting good and the nice waitress deserve the star.
0/10 do not recommend. If you are vegan, head to The Tree Hugger kitchen.
