Rachel has been a delight in the Grandview Topsy’s for quite a few years now. Keeps me coming back for more.
Well. The door said Sunday hours were until 7pm. However at 5pm, the doors were locked. Knocked. Called. Several times. No answer. Got the voicemail maybe twice when I called 20 times...unfortunate.
I just went to the Topsy store in Grandview Missouri. They closed 25 minutes early. Was suppose to close at 9pm central. I called up there before I went. When I got up there I seen a lady up there and doors were locked. I was trying to tell her I called up. She just waved her hand by her neck and shook her head no.
Just bought our popcorn tin.. large .. over $70!! And there’s more kernels than popcorn.. makes it hard to eat. This was a let down this year.
I just ordered a Medium Buttery Popcorn from this location on 7.25.2023. I noticed that the popcorn at this location is always stale. Don't think they pop new popcorn everyday. Taste like it's a day or two or three days old. Please open a location in Raymore or Belton and I'm sure it will be alot fresher....

My husband and I are regulars here and the lady that waits on us is always so helpful and sweet. I wish I knew her name because she is absolutely wonderful!

Very disappointed. We've always bought Topsy's popcorn tins at Christmas. This time the caramel & cinnamon popcorn had so many hard kernels it was difficult to eat. The cheese was very good. Too expensive for 2/3 of it to be bad.
Love Topsy's Popcorn...the malts are soo good...old fashioned , made with REAL ICE CREAM..fresh ingredients, customer service is ALWAYS A+...
