Just close this one down already. We make the mistake of giving this location another chance time and time again. Not once have we had a smooth transaction at this location. It all starts with poor management, and in the last year and a half that I've been coming here, there has been no improvement on the level of service. There's a McDonald's right up the road that usually gets it right if you want a stress free fast food burger. I thought maybe it was my luck with this Wendy's, but after 5+ visits where something went wrong, and 0 visits where the order goes smoothly, we give up. Find better management please.

The blonde in the drive thru has 0 customer service. Extremely rude and says nothing to you at the window. I work in fast food. I’d fire this girl immediately. I’ve been here several days and she has said nothing to me. Do something about her ! You’ve lost me as a customer

My sister ( who is mixed ) that looks white went to get food and this big dude looked at her braids and started having an attitude she asked for ranch and he threw it in the bag really hard & was very rude , VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE GET A NEW JOB DUDE.

There’s a very rude little girl that works there who rolls her eyes at customers, plays around in the back and is never in uniform. If she was fired the store would only get slightly better. Always running out of things, long lines, longer wait times. All the food feels old and stale. ALWAYS cold. Nobody seems to care about a thing. Shameful.

I went through the drive-thru here on the night of 3/7 and proceeded to have one of the most uncomfortable and unpleasant fast-food experiences I can recall. I’m bummed out about it too… because I love Wendy’s but now I feel like I can’t trust the integrity of this particular location. Like I said, I love Wendy’s, as I was just there last night (3/6). I was able to use my mobile app at the drive-thru window. However, on tonight’s occasion, the crew told me they “couldn’t do that right now”, referring to the mobile app. This incident cost me more $, and I got less for not being able to take advantage of an offer I had planned on. I was also told that it’s not possible to use an offer & a reward on the same order, which I find amusing because the internet says otherwise lol (see pic). To choose a location to eat based off of being able to use the in-app deals they advertise.. just to be told you can’t.. is extremely upsetting!
