I swear to god you say anything about no mustard and that’s the only thing they put on it, then look at you like you’re stupid when you ask what you paid for. Never mind getting napkins or ketchup or syrup and forks for your pancakes

The food was better than I expected. Probably better than Arby's but worse than Applebee's. Service is fast food service, nice but to the point. The atmosphere was probably the best part since it was a new building.
Our order is never right from this place like they just don’t care.. I ordered a #1 with no mustard … I got a #1 with only mustard on it … I don’t recommend wasting ur money here! If you expect to stay in business u have got to pay better attention to the order and make sure it’s right before u send it out … it’s really not that hard … and ik from experience.. I worked in food for a long time I dosent make ends meet so I found a better career feild … if you can’t even get an order right how can u possibly get further in life

I used to work for the owners of waterbuger I know there standerds. I walked up front. Politely asked a lady in pink shirt. I gas for a Togo bag. She smiled walked away and did not come back. I watched her stand infront of sacks waved her hand in the air and said I don't do that! She did not ask anyone to help me. I waited tell a young man came back from getting trash. She came back out and smiled asked was everything okay. I said no because it seem a manger does not understand her job. To help her employee and make sure the customer get great coustmer service. She is a waste of space at her job. I have never been in any, fastfood place that a manager would act like that. I'm pretty pissed I have to say. I tell everyone for the last 30 years they have to stop at watabuger.well that's done.

The people are very rude and I ordered a double and received a single and they charged me for a double.
We're on the road and stopped here for a quick bite. The soda machines need changing out, and the fries were cold, BUT the employees were very nice and engaging. This really made a difference. Great job, Whataburger. B+++ goes out to ya'll!!! ?

Got a BBQ chicken sandwich that looked and tasted very bland and cheap. Could not taste any flavor or seasonings for the chicken, felt like the BBQ was something cheap from a dollar store, and chicken was undercooked. I'm disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant to anyone else.
