It's coo, not busy on my last visit. But it took a min to get my food. And it was cold by the time I made it home a few blocks away.

I had the salad, my partner had a burger. Unfortunately we had to go back after getting home because my salad dressing and his fries both weren't in the bag. Salad was really good though!

I absolutely love Whataburger I’m from the south and moved 17 yrs ago to the north and it was such a welcome sight when traveling threw the area was so excited and let me tell you this Whataburger did not disappoint!! It was excellent Kudos to the staff 💖

We stopped here for a quick snack and let our little guy run around the eating area. Nobody was there. This place is SO CLEAN!!! AND they were still cleaning when we left. The fries were very fresh and hot. Try their limited time banana pudding shake!!!

Can’t say that I’ve ever had a bad experience at a Whattaburger before. But I can say that now.
Glad we have a decent late night restaurant besides Taco Bell and Mcds. Love that you can get breakfast starting at 11PM. Thanks Patrick MaGoat.

First things first: food. It’s about what you’d expect. Pretty decent, but I don’t think I’ve had a single time where these folks pay attention to special instructions. You asked for no onions? Alright, they’ll throw the sticker on there and call it a day, like that fixes what they dropped the ball on. Next, and worst: service. You can stand up front for 30 minutes without ever being acknowledged. When you go through the drive through, you are every rarely greeted with a good attitude. One specific employee will try her hardest to do the absolute bare minimum, and when you get to the window to say “thank you, have a nice day!” You’re greeted with a deadpan stare as your food is handed over. I’ll say this, one employee does not reflect the entire company, but it does become contagious.
Let’s go over the atmosphere: as you could imagine based on what I’ve already said… bare minimum. It needs health code standards, but it certainly does not exceed them. Rather than cleaning, they’ll leave wet floor signs throughout the entire day. There are black stains on the drink dispensers where they’ve been neglected and frankly, it’s just disappointing. The last thing I’d like to do here is blame the company for bad policies, but rather the mgmt should do better in hiring. It seems there’s a primary demographic that works here, and that same demographic consistently fails to exceed the bare minimum anywhere you go. That’s where I’ll leave it. Cheers.
