Food is decent if they take your order correctly and it doesn't take 3 times to get it right.
Wings were dry and overcooked.
It’s a pain in the a** to order anything from wing stop to expensive and a huge waste of time!
I'd give zero stars if that was an option. I ordered food from them through Uber Eats, my order was missing 30 wings. I contacted Uber and they said to reach out to the store, I called the store and they promised a refund, when it didn't come again I called and again I was promised a refund. When it still did not come I called a third time and was told that it was Uber's fault and that they lied when they promised a refund. Then when I asked for the number for the district manager they supplied a dummy voicemail number like it was some kind of joke. In all my life this has to be the worst customer service I've ever experienced and that's saying alot considering I'm a comcast customer.
It’s got to be the worst Wingstop in the Oklahoma City. Metro is Moore Oklahoma slow your food’s never ready when you get there.
I ordered delivery and food was missing from my order. when I called to tell them he wanted me to come get it. I already paid delivery fees not my mistake. very bad service for a new area restaurant. Will not return.
They served me burnt wings with cold fries the new cooks they have are terrible i got bad food poisoning like they did it on purpose evil people at this location stay away from here

Food was amazing, but the young lady with the red hair was on her phone laughing rather than helping customers! The Hispanic lady had a young man come into the store, and they were sitting there kissing and touching on one another rather than taking orders from us who weren’t helped yet. Back to the person with the red hair, who rather stomped around laughing instead of giving us our receipts once we finally were taken care of. She sat there texting people and laughing rather than doing her job.

Ordered 20 wings. All Flat's. Spent over 40$. The wings was delivered cold. And had drums. I called the store. The clerk seemed overwhelmed and sounded like she didn't want to be there. Thanks for waisting my money Wingstop. I'll never be back

Didn’t receive my order. Not the delivery service problem. Was told we could come pick up what we were missing. Really?!
Ordered wings for a birthday party from the Plank Rd location in Fredericksburg, Virginia, and needless to say, they weren’t ready on the day of pickup. After requesting the order be prepared while I wait, I was told they were unable to fulfill the order the same day… therefore, I requested a refund. A manager was called and she agreed the best solution was to grant a refund… this was Sept 28th and I m still waiting on a refund. I notified corporate office, waiting for them to resolve. I am very disappointed in this company. I will never do business with them in the future.
Good food but order is never correct and takes too long to re-order so you just eat what you get not what you wanted. The Grand Junction CO store is just terrible. Gave it a couple of tries but will not go back until Google and other reviews show a change.

Im frustrated I spent 60 dollars I did a mobile order with a pick up time of 2:30 something came up so at 1:45 I tried to call them. I called till they finally answered at 2:15 30 mins of calling to which my food was already made so now my food is gonna sit for at least an hour before I can pick it up I know it’s partially my fault but I called an hour before pick to ask to change and they wouldn’t answer the phone. So frustrating to spend that my much money and get old nasty food because they simply can’t pick up the phone. I work food service as well so I know it gets busy but picking up the phone is very important
