Este domingo nos negaron el acceso a wingstop plaza outlet la hostess y el gerente nos pidieron la cartilla de vacunación para mi perro cabe destacar que número uno es plaza pet friendly uno espera una mayor recepción de los perros a los locales, yo nunca pedí que nos dieran mesa adentro ellos tienen mesas afuera y también quiero decir que hace dos o tres meses entramos a comer con otro de mis perros al mismo restaurante. Desafortunadamente la mala experiencia vivida en uno de sus locales hace que la inversión millonaria en la plaza se tire a la basura y que uno no regrese a ningún otro restaurante de la cadena
Aparte, el día de hoy se contacto la gerenta de la sucursal y salió peor me dijo que solo le pedían cartilla a algunos perros por lo cual me sentí inclusive discriminado mi perro es de raza akita americano, acababa de salir de su baño es cachorro de 8 meses que pasa con otros perros les piden hasta su acta de defunción para entrar. en su puerta no dice prohibido entrar con mascotas y recalcó ya comí en otras ocasiones con mis perros en la terraza de la misma sucursal dejo mi CEL 9981268091 y ojalá puedan remediar este problema yo mientras seguiré contando y escribiendo mi mala experiencia para que no le pase a otra persona

Location 18427 Hall Rd Macomb. I was making online order and waiting nearly 30 min one chicken sandwich combo. Inside was smelling like some one smoked (not a sigaret). Employee give me a cup and 3 times he put fingers inside the cup. After my dissatisfaction, he told me he will kick me out and I should never come back!!

Hope the Manager(s) are paying attention to these reviews and make a better effort with serving the community.
You want to keep jobs in the area - make sure the ppl working have the proper training and understand you are there to work - not play, be disrespectful, and half ass ppl food that they’re paying for.

Trash they food is trash they take people money get they orders wrong and don't do no refunds are do nothing to replace the food and not on top of that laughed and thought it was funny that they got the order wrong I'm calling corporate on them tomorrow soon as they open

This wingstop is the worst wingstop ever!!! They constantly on their phones when they got a ton of orders or have customers in their lobby. They ignore or acknowledge when they want to. So don't be surprised if you may get your orders mixed up or something is missing or your food is cold because they don't pay attention. Also they like to lock their doors an hour before actual closing time!
