Location 18427 Hall Rd Macomb. I was making online order and waiting nearly 30 min one chicken sandwich combo. Inside was smelling like some one smoked (not a sigaret). Employee give me a cup and 3 times he put fingers inside the cup. After my dissatisfaction, he told me he will kick me out and I should never come back!!

There’s an African American dude that literally need to clean his ears. Like the hell, I was telling him clearly that I wanted “30 pc wings” and he was like I didn’t speak English, kinda racist. He was looking at his phone for like 15 minutes instead of taking my order.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. My daughter put a order in and someone stole her food somehow still was trying to work with them. The person who was supposed to deliver never made it due to no address on order and because there wasn't a tip. The young black man seems like slow. He didn't seem capable or just didn't care enough to actually listen so the issue could be fixed. And the so called manager Fernando he's a joke! This location is trash and those 4 crew members are a joke. They wanted to argue instead of just making the food. He's too busy trying to show out for his crusty crew and then proceeded to go to the kitchen to keep talking crap like I can't see or hear him. Pick a different location because this isn't it......

we were told they were to backed up to take any more orders. How do you tell a customer who has come in to eat where only 3 tables had patrons and you tell a paying customer they can't order food!!!!

Price for 20 boneless wings a couple weeks ago was $15, now it’s $21. What could’ve possibly justified an over 30% increase in price

When I ordered from here it took them about 45 mins to make my food , and when I finally received my food it was cold and it was the wrong order. When I told them it was wrong, nobody could speak English. They had to have this black boy come up and translate. Also when I told them it was cold they just dropped it back in the oil instead of remaking my order. It was a terrible experience.
