The wings are hard and dry. Not fresh. The dry rubs I got were lemon pepper and garlic Parmesan but nothing is on it. I got 20 wings This was a replacement order. I am tired of Wingstop. Every location sucks
This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said...
I was hesitant to try this location based on the low ratings but I had a great experience, customer service was outstanding as well the amazing food.Wing stop is the best place for lemon pepper wings! It is so good along with their fries. Definitely will be back!
